Putting together was no treat. It should be simple but bad directions.
Some screws you have to guess which go where. Then the handle would screw in to stay together. The reel went on crooked and still leaks and is wobbly. Not the best quality but works and does do the job we bought it for. Don’t plan on it lasting long. You also have to figure out why the hose reel twists the. Screws are just kind of situated not fully in anywhere. Awful cheap junk. We had one of these the wand quit but the machine was powerful. It was a green color and worked well. This no.

I ordered this for my husband since he was going to do a beginner pressure washing business. It is very easy to assemble and has a good nozzle variety. It is very portable and compact. However, it doesn’t clean very well and the hose to wrap it up breaks and kinks when trying to wrap it around. I think the quality could be a bit better.

Only work for 4 months
firstly this pressure washer is not self primed. It worked ok for 4 months after that it started to run non stop without engaging the gun trigger and eventually stopped working.

Following pre-wash preparation and three separate attempts to clean my concrete Patio, the result was most unsatisfactory. Since this is a claim made by the seller and the reason I bought the washer, I contacted them on instructions from Amazon, and they agreed to a return. However, they wanted me to pay for the freight even though it was delivered by Prime.In addition to poor application results, I found the Washer quite small and prone to tipping-over while in use. Also found the hose winding mechanism stiff and cumbersome. Though only used once, the HP hose showed signs of twisting discoloration.The seller failed to accept responsibility and the Amazon A-Z resolution Team was a complete nightmare to deal with. They also get 1 star and my purchase of high value items affected for ever.Washer in Shed since May..

This pressure washer is amazing. It has a super long pressure hose that goes on a real. Never seen this on a less expensive machine. No more trying to put away a pressure hose. This thing just rolls right up. And with the many power nozzle tips right on the handle, changing tips is fast and easy. All in all, this is a very good machine for the price.

Instructions could be written better, hard to follow, there is onpy a on off button so nothibg to make it stronger still figuring out how to get it 1200 psi to 2000 psi. It does work bit slowly as you have to be close , i expected a little better but my deck is horribpe as dogs use it for their pee area, if light work this is perfectfor heavy work need to spend more money.
