Didn’t last few days once’s installed…
I am very disappointed with the Nestour 2021-2023 Tesla Model 3 Y Interior Car Neon Lights. The product did not live up to my expectations at all.First of all, the installation process was incredibly frustrating. The instructions were unclear, and it took me hours to figure out how to properly install the lights.Once I finally got the lights installed, I was disappointed with the quality of the product. The lights were flimsy and cheaply made, and they didn’t adhere well to the surfaces in my car.The app-controlled feature was a nice idea, but it was glitchy and unreliable. Sometimes the lights wouldn’t respond to the app at all, and other times they would change colors or patterns randomly without any input from me.To make matters worse, the lights didn’t even provide good illumination. They were too dim to be useful as ambient lighting, and they didn’t enhance the interior of my car in any meaningful way.Lastly, the armrest organizer that came with the lights was poorly designed and didn’t fit well in my car. It felt like an afterthought and didn’t add any value to the product.Overall, I would not recommend the Nestour 2021-2023 Tesla Model 3 Y Interior Car Neon Lights. They were a waste of time and money, and I regret purchasing them.

Solid product & service w/ room for improvement
When done well, it really changes the ambiance of the interior when it’s dark out (the light won’t be bright enough to be visible in daylight).If you’re willing to put in a bit of time / effort to do a bit of research, the product is worth the time and money. Because this is an aftermarket product, some creativity and attention to detail is needed to make this look nice. I’d recommend looking at both Nestour’s own tutorial as well as others on YouTube.They had awesome customer service. The dashboard run was the longest and I messed it up on the first try and didn’t have enough light tubing to redo it. The customer service representative was understanding and sent extra tubing so I could complete the install.I’d say there’s still room for improvement.- Getting the app to communicate with the Bluetooth control module is quite unreliable, but I don’t think that’s too important if you don’t plan on changing the color very often.- There’s no auto on / off function that’s based on whether the headlights are on (which is how the native interior lighting decides when to turn on / off).- The way the light tube gets routed from the end of the dashboard into the side panel feels a bit “jank”. I really wished they had just made a replacement side panel that had an extension to the end of the dashboard that hid the tube better.- I wish the end-caps for the tubes had reflectors or something to make the lighting across the entire length of the tube brighter rather than just absorbing all the extra light.

I didnt expect the product to look this good in my tesla, i have only yet installed it for middle console, front dashboard and the footwell on driver and passenger side. Cant lie when i received the package it was missing the arm rest organizer but once i contacted the seller they instantly issued the refund and let me keep the ambient mights for free of charge. Very happy with the customer service and product in general.
