HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!I have a stereo in my garage that I run off car audio amps so they’re all hooked up to two DC 12 volt batteries and this thing does a great job keeping up with them. I have another die-hard charger that cost me 200 bucks that is f****** worthless compared to this thing 🤣

I take long trips out of town and I was looking for a way to keep the battery charged and maintained ready for use when im in town and this trickle charger was a really solid solution for keeping the functionality. The installation was really simple and the instructions were pretty clear after you start adjusting the parameters on the display. Compact size was pretty cool it didnt take a lot of room and I can bring it in the car everywhere I go incase i need to leave it places. The display is easy to ready and pretty handy, Value for money it doesnt get any better, even the HarborFreight ones dont even have as many features as this one. The connections are pretty strong and reliable. The negatives- bad- the only reason it loses a star was the fact it gets pretty hot when plugged in for extended time. Nothing like it melting or catching fire but still confused that others run colder. But overall this is a perfect option for multiple uses.

Low price and big capacity for a small charger
I really love this little charger, especially after fighting (and losing) with a much higher priced charger that didn’t live up to its claims.I like this for its low price. I like it for its small size. I like its simple and capable operation. I had two 12V batteries, one a deep cycle and the other a high amp starter that were hovering a bit low because of disuse/neglect. A $200 “intelligent” charger wouldn’t do squat for them and after a few days of __ing around I gave up and put everything away. Then I got this little Chinese made charger…Giving it another try, this cheap little charger brought both batteries back to life using its “dedicated pulse repair mode designed to detect and reverse battery salvation and acid stratification in lead-acid batteries”. They’re both holding voltage now, although I haven’t load tested them yet.The charger is very simple to operate and, when not plugged in to AC, functioned as a voltage meter with a clear display, using the battery as a power source. A single button on the face lets you select between automobile or motorcycle lead acid, AGM/Gel/VLRA/SLA or LiFePo4 or, after the battery has been brought up to voltage, you can then choose repair mode. That worked for for my two dead/crippled batteries.It’s smart enough to regulate proper charging based on temperature and functions as a trickle charger to keep otherwise unattended batteries from a premature death. I keep one on the motorcycle when I’m not riding as often in the winter, but anytime I want to go it’s charged and ready.As another reviewer mentioned, the AC cord on this charger is ~40″, which I find more than adequate for use on the bench, and otherwise use a light extension cord to reach distant vehicles. At a coupon price under $20 you should get one of these for every vehicle you own. My only suggested improvement for this charger is that they should include the option to have a simi-permeant connector attached to the battery with a quick connect/disconnect plug on the charging wire, as opposed to having only the standard battery clips shown. My other battery maintainers utilize this and I find it very handy.It’s plastic, like everything made these days, but looks durable enough to knock around the shop if you’re not an angry person. The clips are not jump-starter level tough but neither are they the cheaper quality I’ve come across. Enough to do the job, especially at this low price. And that’s what you want, right?
