    Very nice product
This thing is amazing, my stock ebike headlight is insufficient.. this thing is bright as fk have done 2 hour rides with hi beam and it didnt lose any brightness .. intensity didnt flicker when battery power dropped.. tested as a dedicated powerbank and it charged my fold 7 from 30% to full in about an hour and a half .. overall will buy again if this one malfunctions .. great buy for the price. Easy operation . it is a very quality built piece so far.. cheaper isnt always better and this isnt the most expensive or the cheapest , but under .$60 this is the best one ive bought so far ..

    Good
Not a bad light, it’s about 6 inches long and pretty bright for night riding. I installed on my dirtbike and it did not fit the more skinny top bar on the handlebars even with added rubber grouments. I added bar risers and it installed it to the lower bar portion and it’s doing great so far.

    No regrets!
These lights are brighter than my 2016 4Runner — and that’s saying something! I researched a handful of lights, looking for great reviews, durability, insane brightness, and a fraction of the price. I’ve only had them a few months, so long-term durability is TBD, but it feels solid — heavy armor vibes, which I love. I have it mounted on my Santa Cruz Hightower, and it should fit any MTB. Mounts easily.

Needs a manual! Needs a better control scheme! Needs better spacers!
The Vastfire 17 LED 5000 Lumen Bicycle Light provides excellent illumination but there are key reasons why I can’t give it five stars like the others. The first issue is that the light did not come with an instruction manual for use! This is a real issue because the control scheme is not logical! The third issue is that the clips provided as spacers around the handlebars are cheap plastic which are linked together with a thin plastic strip that will wear out from being bent back and forth!I did not like that I could not cycle the modes after the light is turned on. It came with no instructions so I had to figure out that I needed to hold the power button for a few seconds before it would turn on. Then I could cycle the modes, but once I set it to a mode for a while, I could not cycle to another mode. I would need to turn off the device and turn it back on to do so. This is a really inconvenient design for mode cycling and makes it impractical to change modes while riding because you have to experience periods of darkness where the Vastfire needs to be turned off, then hold the power button to power on, then cycle to the desired mode. The cycling of modes while the device is on is something present with no problems in my 2018 Bell Lumina 2.0 so I don’t understand why a 2026 model light doesn’t have these standard light cycling features! The listing does show that this headlight can act as a powerbank, but I did not find an in and out port, just the single USB-C port. I do love that it came with a USB-C port for charging the device though. The Vastfire 17 weighs a heavy 10.8oz without the mounting gear. You can really feel the difference in the weight on the front end of the bike, especially when pulling wheelies or maneuvering the bike around on the rear wheel. The mounting gear has some cheap plastic spacers. One of which will wear out if bent and unbent often. The light itself is a superior device with lighting that absolutely blows the darkness away! The standard brightness level is excellent when riding slow. It lights up not just the trail ahead but the surroundings with the bar light, including above! Really easy to see the bike’s front tire when oncoming due to it being lit so well.It is easy to adjust up and down as needed. Easy to adjust side to side as needed. Issues could present themselves if your handle bars have too much curve because the mounts don’t rotate horizontally. The secondary brightness is projecting a circular beam further down the road and I found this excellent for when riding fast. The third level of brightness is completely unnecessary unless riding in pitch blackness on a trail.Vastfire was a really stable light to use with the way it is mounted. It did not jiggle about and was easy to pan up and pan down to get a better view of the trail ahead. Though it did have a similar issue to the Asher headlight issue of needing to be turned off and turned back on every five to ten minutes of riding to have the same brightness level.I found that the Vastfire didn’t get too hot on a night ride around 69 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat didn’t really come through the metal area. The heat was focused on the actual LED’s. Shortly after turning the light off it was comfortable to grab and hold and not actually warm. Though this is different if just walking around holding the light. It is actually very warm to the touch if just holding the light in hand.I really appreciated the slim profile of the headlight. It blended in well with the handlebars and profile of the bike. It did not stand up or protrude out in a noticeable way beyond the handlebar brakes. It looked much better mounted to the bike than the Asher headlight did with the light off or on. I didn’t like how the Asher was protruding so high above the handlebars and so far towards me behind the handlebars.I love how the headlight has a digital light timer showing the time left depending on the light mode cycle chosen. I found the timer to be accurate for the hour that I went and rode starting with the battery at 100%. I would cycle from the first brightness level of the projection bar to the second-round beam projection and the time left would change based on which mode I was using at the time. I also love that the power button lights up green showing that it is on and that there is power left.
