Noise when using it? Please check if the 3.5mm audio output port is fully inserted. If it’s not inserted properly, noise, low volume, or no sound may occur. How to check the product？ First, check if the product can be powered on and off normally. If it can, it indicates that there are no quality issues with the product. Why can’t I adjust the volume? The product itself does not have volume control buttons, and the volume needs to be adjusted on your phone. Why isn’t my car compatible? These worked great. Connected easily. Sound and volume great. We were on a 5 hour flight and battery lasted about 3 hours but you can charge them while using them for uninterrupted use. Would definitely recommend for the price
