“Coiled” PVC failed after 8 months
I am retired and don’t drive that much. The “coils” of PVC detached from the backing after about 6 months. The pic was taken after 8 months. Junk.

This is a large, chunky mat that looks like it could be decently hard wearing. I have always found it frustrating to buy an entire set just because I’ve worn a hole in the driver’s mat. This single mat at an attractive price point works around that nicely and the reinforced heel pad will hopefully maen it lasts a good while. It is also excellent at not sliding around, it sticks in place like it’s glued. Being entirely rubber means it isn’t absorbent to wet shoes, but then I’ve never really found many mats are. This one can be hosed down when dirty without fear of damage or mould.

Fits ok but not perfectly. Made from weird squiggly rubbery material. The best thing is that the whole mat sticks like Velcro to the carpet underneath. No slippage whatsoever unlike the original mat! I can see this lasting a long time.
