I bought these Wiggle Cars for my grandkids in December, and was gifting them when I was able to see them in a couple months. After being put together and charged, one of them didn’t work. It had power to everything but the pedal wasn’t working when pushed. My return window had passed, so I messaged the company to see if they could give me any idea on how to troubleshoot this, or get it to work. They were very responsive, and told me that they would send out a new one immediately @ No charge! I was VERY impressed because I was not expecting a replacement, I was just hoping to figure out why the power to the pedal wasn’t working. HIGHLY recommend this product! My grandkids are having so much fun with these cars! Thank you for taking care of our issue and replacement!
