Too big for me, too loose for my seat
this was too big for me, and I couldn’t pull the straps tight enough to keep it from shifting. the foam feels cheap (not like memory foam). my neck and head were pushed forward instead so I had to discontinue use. i’m surprised this is Samsonite – I’ve always been very impressed with their quality.This might be just a personal fit preference. I am short and can’t lean my seat back too far. A taller person would probably fair better.

I wish the pillow is made a bit smaller, because when the car is set up straight, the pillow sort of pushes you out a bit and it’s somewhat uncomfortable, but when the seat is reclined, it is very comfortable. I think if the pillow is a bit smaller, I wouldn’t have an issue with the seat sit up straight. I am 5’8″.

I strapped this on the passenger seat since my wife loves to sleep while we drive around and she said that this has made sleeping in the car much more comfortable and it prevented the usual stiff necks as well. She definitely loved this.

Too big to use in a car
I tried to use this in my car, but it turned out to be way too big. It actually caused neck pain since it pushed my head forward. I think it’s too bag for a car seat… maybe SUV or larger vehicle. The overall construction and plushness seemed fine. Ergonomically, given the proper application, seems good to – just not for a normal passenger car.

Definitivamente ayudó a mi problema de cuello, sin embargo, lo recibí un poco descocido en la cinta de ajustar y no es fácil de acomodar en la butaca de mi coche (hatchback), tengo que prácticamente sacar toda la cabecera del asiento para lograr colocar en la posición adecuada para mí. Supongo está diseñado para asientos más grandes.
