Great
I’ve had this for almost a year and the quality is great. I drive a 2009 Prius with no Bluetooth and the sound is great, the Bluetooth has never failed me, and it still works! Easy to connect and install

Fantastic!
I used this to replace the YuYue (Jie Rui) Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter that is also sold on Amazon. In comparison, this J50 Bluetooth 5.3 Receiver is MUCH better for the following reasons:1. The sound quality is much better. It is as good as a direct connection. It preserves the bass of music, whereas the YuYue one reduced it significantly.2. It works with Siri and phone calls! I called my mother on it, and she said she could hear me loud and clear. I could also hear her loud and clear through my car’s speakers. The microphone is also good enough to hear me talk to Siri (e.g., “navigate to the library”) while I am driving. In contrast, the YuYue adapter would not work with Siri and phone calls via Bluetooth; I had to use the phone itself and its speakerphone.3. It starts immediately with pleasant beeps instead of a robotic voice that says “Connected!”4. The buttons (press left arrow to “rewind” to beginning of song, or double click for previous song; press right arrow for the next song; press the middle button to stop or resume a song, or to answer or hang up on a call; hold down the middle button to activate the phone’s voice assistant) are useful! The volume buttons don’t really do anything with my iPhone (the volume is always stays on high), but I just use the radio volume knob instead.I connected it by tapping into the 12V + and – leads to my Audi TT’s radio. I connected those to a 12V-to-5V USB converter (available on Amazon for around $9), and plug this Bluetooth receiver into that. It starts up and connects right away to my phone when I power up the car, and since I connected it this way, there is no risk of it draining the car battery when the car is off.I know some people have just plugged the Bluetooth receiver directly to their always-on cigarette lighter, and claimed that it automatically turns off after 10 minutes after receiving no input from the phone. I could not confirm the veracity of that claim, and ended up connecting it as described above instead.

A must have for old car owners.
I do appreciate this device. I have an older car that doesn’t have all the fancy Bluetooth services. A good car. Don’t want to let it go. Paid off as well. lol. This device was super easy to setup and the fact it reconnects automatically each time I enter car is really beneficial. Owned for a few months now. I have had no problems with device. I haven’t not used the phone part of it due to having Bluetooth calling on the car. The music sounds really good and I have experienced no static with my music. Cool little device.

Great product!
I purchased this to replace a similar product that couldn’t keep a bluetooth connection. This one works perfectly and appears to be of good quality. I have been using it for a month now.

Great wired connection, connects to phone automatically!
I love that this connects to my phone as soon as I get into my car. I used the included sticker on the back to install it in the middle of my dash, so it’s accessible when I’m driving. Very easy to switch between songs, or answer a phonecall without touching my phone. I switched from a rechargeable aux bluetooth transmitter, and this is so much more reliable. I never have to worry about charging it, or forgetting it at the house because I was charging it!I was also able to hide some of the cords to stay out of the way for a nice clean look. There are ample amounts of cable to be able to do this with.SOUND QUALITY FOR MUSIC- Very good, had to change a few sound setting in my head unit for some reason to tweak it, but now it sounds great!SOUND QUALITY FOR PHONE CALLS- I have been told that it sounds a bit like I’m in a hallway even with the top on and windows up. But most of these are like that anyways. I haven’t tried talking on it with the top off, but people can still hear me with the windows down, even if it does sound like I’m in a hallway.Price- Very good product for the money! If i had to nit pick, the phone voice quality could be a little better, and it would be nice if it disconnected when you moved your phone farther away from it. (I’ve been connected without knowing when my car was in the garage and I’ve been upstairs a little while). Now I know to go to my phone’s bluetooth settings and disconnect it before leaving the garage. (Or the jeep in general, missed a few calls in stores when it was connected to the jeep and my phone didn’t ring in my pocket)This was installed on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler JKU. (Without a fancy Bluetooth radio obviously)I would just recommend that you make sure you have a flat surface in your vehicle to mount this before purchasing.

Not bad at all
It works and looks pretty good. Got it behind the trim peices in my car, to have a more cableless look. Sounds good, connects easily. Does what it says it will, do time will tell how long it holds up, but I’ll update the review if it fails or something.UPDATE:2/9/2025It still works, there’s just an issue of it overheating sometimes and turning off. I usually have to hard reset by unplugging and plugging it back in. It could possibly be my cigarette lighter adapter supplying to much energy. Too lazy to get another one but it’s not too big of a deal.

Easy to use and instant connection.
Oh my goodness! I love this thing. I have an older 2005 truck now. I went from a 2011 sport Subaru with all the trims. The hardest part in the switch was the Bluetooth connection to my phone! I have an Ajax fit In the old stereo system and this thing works great! I have my camera and this set up in my truck and it’s made a huge difference. Love and would recommend.
