I purchased a set for my vehicle and it never worked. I tried contacting Amazon only to be told the time to return has passed. I spent all this money on a set that I can never used. The set set was checked by a technician and verified that the item is faulty. It is unfair and wish that the company would do the honorable thing and either refund or replaced the item.

Working screen without audio output…quick fix below
To fix the audio output to work take the 2 wires that say “Amp Cont.” strip both ends and connect the wires, hold together with electrical tape. Sound should come thru! Make sure the car battery is disconnected before doing any electrical work on the car! There are install videos on YouTube to help you get thru the process, plus the description on this screen in the Amazon purchase will show you how to connect all the wiring that comes with the screen.Update: Factory Code—000000, to light up the buttons in the monitor go under “illumen detect” in general in factory settings

Easy Install
Very easy install. Took me less than an hour without installing backup camera. No splicing the existing harness plug and play. The top screen is still 100% functional and still works for back up camera.Was looking at crutchfield and the canbus box would’ve cost more than this whole set up which includes that.

El producto se acopló perfectamente al espacio del anterior radio y las rejillas del aire acondicionado de mi Honda CRV 2012. Contraté a un experto para su instalación, quien tuvo que hacer dos pequeñas adecuaciones del cableado pues la salida del audio no funcionaba. Ya instalado, el sistema funciona muy bien con Android auto al igual que el wifi para descargar mapas y otras tareas. El único detalle post instalación es que hay eco en las llamadas telefónicas del interlocutor. En general, muy buen producto.

NO RECOMENDABLE. Es un producto chino, cuya calidad es sumamente cuestionable. Lo instalé y a los 20 minutos se quemó el CANbus, y tuve que adaptarle otro por un precio casi igual al de este producto. Espero que me dure por lo menos un par de meses en lo que veo otras alternativas. Recomiendo ver otras opciones de marcas reconocidas y no productos chinos similares…
