    Headlight Hat
I love this hat! The light is so bright. I used it yesterday putting a bookshelf together. I needed a light but didn’t have any free hands. This was perfect. It can be used for so many things. It’s also great to add to an emergency survival kit.

Good headlamp but heavier than I’d like!
It seems every time I need a flashlight my hands are occupied. (Carrying groceries at night, working on my car, etc) It is for this reason I ordered this headlamp. It’s a pretty good headlamp. It comes pre-charged, has a universal usb charger and multiple attachments. There are two main concerns I have. The first is that this headlamp is pretty heavy. 1/4 lb may not seem like much, but if you suffer from migraines or have neck sensitivity, it doesn’t take long before that 1/4 lb feels like a 10lb barbell on your head!My other issue is that this product seems much pricier than others I’ve found on the market.

    Bright, but heavy
I’ve worn this headlamp a few nights at Padre Island while chasing ghost crabs, and it definitely does the job. The beam is bright, and I like having both the spotlight for distance and the floodlight for closer work. That said, the lamp is heavy, and after a while I start feeling it on my forehead and neck more than I’d like. The charge holds up pretty well, but the advertised “12 hours” is only realistic if you’re running it at lower brightness. In my experience, using it on the higher settings with both beams on, I get more like 4–6 hours before it starts dimming. Charging takes several hours, so you’ll want to plan ahead if you use it a lot.As for waterproofing, it’s fine in damp conditions and can handle some spray or drizzle, but I wouldn’t trust it fully submerged or in a downpour since I didn’t see a clear IP rating. For me, it’s bright and reliable enough for beach use, but the weight and the uncertainty about waterproofness keep it from being my favorite headlamp.

    Effective but HEAVY
I am on the fence when it comes to this headlamp. It is decently bright and can be adjusted for the angle it is pointed at, which is nice.It has one of the two lights, one of which can be adjusted for brightness and can be used solo. (The LED bar part is only one brightness and is activated only by doing 2 rapid clicks. It comes with a hat you can mount it on as well as a more traditional elastic headband setup. The needed charging base and cord are included, though they are a simple USB one, so can be charged with other devices too.So overall, this is a good product. Here is my complaint that makes this pretty much unusable for me, personally…this lamp is HEAVY. 4 ounces..so that is 1/4 lb of weight pressing on my forehead FIRMLY, whether mounted on the hat or the headband.Pressure on my forehead is one of my migraine triggers. This means I will NOT be using this much. ONLY when I need it for the occasional after-dark DoorDash delivery to houses that refuse to turn on a porch light. If you don’t have this issue, you should be pleased with this.
