make sure you have the side button of your phone out of the jaws that hold it

It did not pull apart easily. It kept the phone sturdy, but not ideal for delivery drivers. I like the magnetic one that I way I can grab my phone and scan my packages.

Excellent quality and fitment. Works spot on perfect with my iphone.
This phone mount is very well made and works perfectly mounted in my Jeep XJ. The component and build quality is top notch. The articulated arm and all of the parts have a solid weight and feel to the build quality. It’s on par with al ot of the smallrig and manfrotto support gear that I have om hand but costs a lot less making it a good value for the price. It works great with my iPhone SE which mounts quickly and securely in the phoe holder. Very fast to install and remove as needed.
