This 2-pack real genuine leather headrest pillow with memory foam inserts are extremely impressive and has a wonderful premium feel to it. I am thoroughly happy because this has exceeded my expectations. The leather materials are better than I expected. The genuine leather contact surface feels smooth and substantial, not plastic, and the memory foam is soft but supportive without collapsing as I drive on my commute. The leather is NOT fake Vinyl PU Plastic leather, thankfully, and is real genuine leather and is of excellent quality – this does not feel like vegan leather (PU Plastic), this rather has a wonderful all-natural feel to the headrests, that is breathable and plush. They arrived vacuum-sealed and compressed, and are easily fluffed-up quickly after opening their bags. The matte Black color is fantastic too. Also the memory foam used is a very premium and comfortable foam. I will recommend this to friends and family. I’m overall very happy with these because they solve a specific problem for me. I use a lumbar support pillow in my car, which pushes my neck away from the headrest, and I’ve been concerned about whiplash risk. These fill that gap really well and provide comfortable support behind my head.They fit nicely against the seat and stay in place without shifting around. The cushioning feels supportive without being too firm, and they make longer drives much more comfortable.They seem well made and like they’ll hold up over time. Solved The Neck Gap Upright Seats Tend To Have
The front seats in our Jeep Renegade have always felt awkward because of how upright they are. The seat back supports the shoulders well enough, but the upper portion doesn’t extend forward to support the neck, leaving a noticeable gap. Being taller makes that gap more obvious, but it’s really a seat design issue. Your head never quite gets to rest back naturally, especially on longer drives.These pillows actually address that problem. When positioned correctly, they fill the space between the seat and the base of the neck so your head can rest back without being pushed forward. The improvement is immediate and makes longer drives noticeably less fatiguing.The materials are better than expected. The leather contact surface feels smooth and substantial, not plasticky, and the memory foam is soft but supportive without collapsing. They arrived compressed, fluffed up quickly, and have held their shape well so far. Despite the leather surface, there hasn’t been any noticeable heat or sweating during use.Placement matters. Mounted too high, they can feel intrusive, but set lower to support the natural curve of the neck, they stay securely in place and work as intended. At around $50 for a set of two, the price feels in line with the materials and comfort provided. Long-term durability will matter, particularly how the foam holds up over time, but based on current use they feel fairly priced.These don’t turn the seat into luxury seating, but they do correct a common ergonomic gap in more upright seats. If your head never quite feels supported while driving, this is a meaningful upgrade.

Doesn’t work for me
I didn’t find these comfortable on the back of my car seats. The stuck out too far for my head.I will use them for something else but the intended use wasn’t doing it for me.I did like the initial packaging— they were tightly rolled in drawstring bags. The fluffed up nicely from the compression. They have a nice buckle on the back of them to secure them to the chair. Quality wise, they are nice faux leather.
