Great ceiling night installed it in my kitchen and it truly brought the space back to life. I have it set on the highest setting and it really brightens up the entire room.Installation was not too difficult, but I would strongly suggest having an extra hand. I believe that would dramatically shortened the time it takes to install.It’s a beautiful light. I strongly recommend it, especially if you really like something modern and bright.

Brighter than my old florescent and is also dimmable
I bought this because it was a contemporary design that won’t look out of date quickly. I got it as part of my kitchen remodeling project.This fixture is very noticeably brighter than the old florescent of similar size… a benefit I really appreciated! It let’s you choose from three different “colors” of white light, cool, warm, or daylight. You do this with switches inside the fixture, before you secure the cover. The cover is easy to install with finger tightening nobs over screws.The best feature in my opinion is that it is dimmable. So you can have it bright while cooking meals and dimmer for creating a more romantic dinner. The dimmable feature allows it to need used in other rooms as well. Family room, dining room, or maybe even a large bedroom. Of course you need to install a light switch with a dimmer feature( purchased separately)I

Great light but you want the dimmer switch
Like, good looking very brightDislike, mounting screws were of the keyhole slide into place variety, screw heads would not fit into keyhole, screw heads measured .340 holes measured .300 after drilling them out it was a piece of cake.

Our old fixture is exactly like this, but uses circline fluorescent lamps. This is a good LED replacement. Exactly same size and I was able to replace the wall switch with a slide-dimmer…which I highly recommend. This is BRIGHT. Installation was smooth and just like the old fixture.

Excellent product! Enough brightness for a large room. Pair it with a Maxxima dimmer!
Light output is fantastic. I paired it with the “Maxxima 3-Way/Single Pole Digital Dimmer Wall Light Switch – Featuring Brightness Indicator Lights” and the combination gives me full control of brightness. Although I don’t mind 5000K color, I’d like to have a 6500K option.
