Right out of the box, they felt well-built and sturdy. Installation was a breeze—just a direct plug-and-play replacement for my stock bulbs.Pros:✔ Super Bright: These bulbs provide a noticeably brighter and whiter light compared to my old halogens. Nighttime visibility has significantly improved, making driving in dark or foggy conditions much safer.✔ Good Beam Pattern: Unlike some aftermarket bulbs that scatter light everywhere, these maintain a focused and well-defined beam, reducing glare for oncoming traffic.✔ Durability & Longevity: So far, they’ve been running strong with no flickering or dimming. They also claim to have a long lifespan, which I hope holds true.Cons:➖ Slightly Higher Power Draw: They run a bit hotter than standard bulbs, but that’s expected with higher brightness. Just ensure your housing can handle it.Overall, these are fantastic bulbs for the price—a solid upgrade over stock halogens without the hassle of an LED conversion. Nice white light that isn’t too bright.
I bought these and a replacement for the yellower incandescent bulbs. These are very white, which is great. I gave it 4 star for two reasons. When the headlights are shining on the garage door, there is a bright spot probably 4’ higher and a few feet further right of the main beam. That’s not very significant. Also, when approaching overhead signs on the roads, the light seems to bounce slightly. I don’t notice this driving down the road, but I confirmed the lights are mounted solidly in place. That’s also not very significant. However, just the pure white light sure makes driving easier, and it’s not too bright for oncoming traffic. I’d buy these again.
