Comfortable but could be firmer
I’m giving this four stars overall. The cushion is comfortable and the back support is nice, but I do wish the material were a bit firmer.Over time, the back cushion tends to flatten slightly, and I noticed the same thing with the attached seat cushion. The seat portion in particular compresses fairly quickly after sitting on it for a while. I would have preferred a firmer material that retained its shape longer.That said, it still does a decent job of adding comfort and providing some back support. I also appreciate that it’s lightweight, easy to move between chairs, and folds up nicely for storage.The product images and description make quite a few claims, but in my experience it functions more as a comfort cushion than a major ergonomic upgrade.For the price, it’s a reasonable option. However, if you have significant back or hip issues and need stronger support, you may want to consider spending a bit more on something with firmer structure.
