Great double foldable car sun protector
I ordered this car sun protector for my Toyota Camry and really like it. This one is not as thick as my current one but the quality is still good. It is a universal sun protector and measures 56×26 so it fits most vehicles . Texas heat is so hot and intense that this will help block those UV rays and scorching heat by keeping my car cooler and help my interior from being damaged from the sun. The length is a little long but that’s okay it keeps the sun out. What I really like about it is it has 4 suction cups that hold onto the windshield to help stay in place.  It folds like the normal accordion style but you can also fold it in half so it’s double foldable which makes it easy to store. The two things that really sold me on this one was the suction cups and the double foldable features. I have never seen or purchased any previously with those features. The price is very reasonable for the sun protector.

    This product sucks!
POS… this is a substandard sun visor. Advertisement showed 56″ wide, it was huge enough to fit a large truck. The panels were thin & floppy & the plastic suction cups were made of thin plastic and bent out of shape by the way this product was packaged. My advice is not to buy this. The quality was so bad I threw it away.

    Good sun protection.
It’s very thin, not as ridgged as it should be, so it makes it challenging to place it in windshield, fit is ok, quality is questionable, good sun protection.

    Really big!
This sun shade is REALLY big. It will fit the biggest truck or boat that you have. The surface is super reflective, like a mirror, and has foam to block the heat. It works great. It comes with 4 little suction cup clips that stay firmly attached to the inside of the glass to hold the shade in place. The really large size makes it a little hard to use. It is bigger than my Silverado 2500 windshield. The shade is kind of floppy, so it takes a bit more effort to get it up into the suction clips. If you have a second person up front to help you get it in place and clipped, it’s easy. If you are doing it yourself, it takes a bit more time to put up or take down. But if you have a large vehicle, this is the way to go!

    cheap quality, over priced
cheap standard flimsy doesn’t fit without crushing, not worth the 15$ paid, get it for less than 10$.

    Not suitable for my vehicle
First of all let me state that this product was reviewed on a 2024 Subaru Forester SUV Premiim model. Your vehicle may have a different configuration and therefore my comments may not apply. I acquired this product to provide sun protection for the dashboard and reduce the internal termperature of the car. The sunshade arrived in clear packaging with the product label. No directions were provided but the label referred to various internet sources where you could obtain service or product information. The sunshade felt rather thin but unfolded quickly from the package. There are 4 suction cups included with the sunshade. These dropped out of the package when it was opened so one has to be careful not to loose them. The sunction cups are threaded through four grommet holes located near each corner of the sunshade. The manufacture states that the suction cups will keep the sunshade secured to the window. I unfolded the sunshade inside of my car and attempted to position it on the windshield. My car is equipped with a sensor box underneith the rear view mirror and this interfered with the positioning of the sunshade. The sunshade would not lie flush as the sensor box sticks out several inches. Therefore when positioning the sunshade to cover the window it bunches up underneith the sensor box. This can be seen in one of the accompanying photos. However the sunshade was large enough to cover the entire windshield. When using the suctiion cups be aware that they must be moistened to stick to the window. This could create a problem for first time usage unless you have a source of water along with you in the car. They would not adhere to my  window unless they were  mostened first. The manufacturer states that they are secure enough to stay in place during longer drives. They do hold tight but whether you want to drive around with four suction cups on your windshield or whether it is legal in your state is questionable. I found the suction cups distracting and opted to remove them. They must be removed by sliding a very sharp object such as a knife blade or perhaps a fingernail underneith the rubber. Then they will pop off. With the suction cups off I postiioned the sunshade using the driver and passenger sun visors to hold the upper portion of the sunshade in place. This seemed to work but the bottom portion, without the suctiion cups dropped down on the dash but did stay in place. If you have something in the car that you could put on the dash to hold the bottom portion against the windsheild, such as a tissue box, this would solve that problem. With the sunshield in place and the car parked in a sunny location I left the car for a couple of hours. The sunshield was effective in keeping the dash cooler and reducing the inside temperature of the car. Although effective in reducing temperature I am only giving this item 3 stars. I did not like the fact the sunshade did not fit around the sensor box. I also found the suction cups to be distracting if driving around with them on the windshield. Because of the questionqable legality of these objects in my state I would have to remove them before driving and reapply them when parking. This takes time and is a nusance.  In my situation I would pass on this item and look for something which would better fit my particular vehicle.

Works very well, but it takes a little time to position.
This sunshade does a fantastic job of reflecting the sun’s rays and heat from your vehicle. It comes nicely folded and is very easy to refold back into the original storage configuration. It comes with four suction cups that you need to hold the window shade in place. They work very well. However, mine were initially folded over and did not really stick. It may have been due to the fact that they were not flat or that they were dry. I could have probably wet them and been able to get them to stick; however, I just let them sit in the hot dash for a short while until they were hot and were more workable. I have attempted to use several different sunshades of the umbrella style. Those seem to reflect some heat and open easily. But they don’t really cover the windshield well, and are extremely thin. This one is much thicker, and will cover the windshield much better in spite of the fact that there is all the safety cameras and such on the top center of the windshield. This sun visor seems to have accounted for that well. This was very easy to set up, but you may need a little bit of water to help with the suction cups. It does take a little bit of time, but it works very well. My dashboard is so much cooler, takes a lot less sun damage, and the truck cools down much faster. I would prefer it to have a couple of extra suction cups and maybe a couple of more options for placing them to get a better fit. Again, it works very well, but it takes a little while to set up. You are probably not using this if you are just running into the store for 30 minutes. But if you are parking at work for eight hours, you are definitely using it.
