Overall these are good window shades, with a couple of exceptions.They do a good job of keeping heat out of a parked car and are easy and fast to deploy and remove. The small square magnets inside the perimeter gusset of the fabric can be repositioned to best hold the shade to your steel doorframe.One magnet will occasionally fall out, because the gusset that runs around the perimeter of the panel is not sewn completely shut. You should be prepared for this. If you throw the shades in the back of the car after taking them off, which is what everybody does, the magnets tend to stick together, which can result in them moving or even falling out.

Don’t open the window when driving with these
I do like this, and the magnets hold really well. I wish it covered the whole window, but that would be hard to do and fit so many cars. So, it does have a little crack where sunlight comes in, but for the most part, it covers what I need. The only thing is, if you open the window while driving, the bottom part is not secure, so it’ll fly right out the window if you’re not careful. This is not good when you’re driving and open the passenger side with no passenger to save it. I am happy with the sheerness of it – I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to see out very well, but it’s good. Also, it keeps my car substantially cooler since I don’t have tint on the front two windows.

Total regret for buying
These are The worse purchase ever made in 27 years on amazon. the magnets are weak and only few. smallest opening in window will blow them off. they do not even come close to covering most of the windows. terrible quality. they are useless. I only wish I had tried then before the 30 day period.

Concept of Greta but they do not work Greta
The magnets are not secured and fell out along with stuck together when I first opened them. They also did not fit my mini van even though it says comparable with the vehicle. They are easy but for the price I would not get them again.

Worth it
Perfect keeps car cool and dark. Easy to take off or put on. Easy to clean. It stays in place unless you open the window it’ll move with the wind. Color matches the picture. My kiddos love looking at it. Fun and sturdy while driving and them pulling on it.

Not universal
It is too big for my windows. You can kind of rig it to get it to work but it will be bunched up in certain places or hanging off in others. Magnets don’t line up well and aren’t very strong either.If it is the correct size for your window, it will provide pretty good protection from the sun.

I love this. It’s so simple, I wish I would have thought of it. My car is much cooler in the hot Florida sun. It also adds privacy. It doesn’t cover corner to corner,but it blocks the sun completely while driving.
