Worked well. Don’t use side elastic straps
Works great. Had to buy another one. When I took off the loops when it was frozen rain. The elastic broke that went around the mirror to severe to window. So I turned it in and got a replacement. I dont use the mirror elastic now. It secures well in jam of door.

I love it! I’ve been using it since Christmas and it’s easy, works and seems to be decent quality. It’s not bulky so it’s easy to shake off anything, yet it’s durable and I suspect it will last. I also like the double straps for mirrors and the design part that gets tucked into the doors helped me know which way was up as a new user.

This window cover saved me so much time and freezing hands this winter. It stays in place during winds. It even covers the wipers so they are not covered in ice. I will pack it away soon to use again. It looks like ive never used it!

Good material
Covers most of the windshield on chevy truck. The cover material appears to be of good quality, but I expect the elastic mirror loops to stretch and give out quickly. No magnets along the top and bottom edges allows the material to blow over onto the windshield covering only a band from side mirror to another. This made the shield ineffective for me as debris and snow collected across the top like a hammock. The bottom left the wipers and whole area below exposed to the same elements. Through trial and error I was able to purchase the correct magnets to keep the shield in place.

From skid steer loaders to boots every Caterpillar product I’ve used has been well-designed and durable. That’s the reason I bought this product and I wasn’t disappointed. You won’t be either.1) Fabric materials are tough, easy to handle, don’t stick to to the windshield.2) Literally seconds to put on and take off. Zero fiddling to get into the right position.3) Snow on the cover? LOTS of snow? Just hold one of the mirror handles to draw the whole cover on an angle to the other side & all the snow falls to the ground, not on the hood or windshield.4) Worth every penny for the elimination , total elimination, of time spent brushing, scraping and warming up the windshield.5) I’ve only had it for 7 days – have used it every single day, saved the usual 10 minutes in a dark 4:30 am for an hour plus of time saved. The plus is because we had a one night February thaw with rain, flowed by sleet, followed by snow and sub-zero wind chill. Ordinarily my windshield would have been a ROYAL PAIN of thick ice that would have taken a lot of time and effort to remove. Not so with this thing! I flung its frozen self to one side where shards of frozen stuff cracked and dropped and my windshield was dry and clear! DRY & CLEAR, I tell you!For reference, the car is a Honda subcompact and I’m ! 5’2″ woman.Can you tell how much I love being completely relieved of this daily chore in cold & snow country? This barely fits my Ram 1500, it ‘just’ fits.An inch or 2 more would be nice.This is high quality and heavy duty, as expected from CAT.The other brands I’ve tried were not as good.I’m happy with this one, it will last a long time.UPDATE:Elastic around the mirror broke after first use. The material was cold and it just broke. See last pic,Other than those elastic bands around the mirror, this is heavy duty. Not sure yet if I’ll keep it or return/replace it….
