I absolutely love these headrest pillow. I used to travel with three pillows in case I wanted to take a nap on a long trip. I no longer take any pillows with me I have never been so comfortable as I am with these. 10 out of 10 and absolutely must if you drive distance. Or if you have neck problems it is beyond comfortable.

These are AMAZING! I had spinal surgery on my neck and as I was recovering it was very hard to get comfortable and having good neck support. My nephew had bought these in the past so he lent me one to see if it would help. It did! It was great quality with a supportive gel foam that wasn’t ridiculously firm. I bought 2 of my own and am very happy that I did. It’s especially great when going on long distance rides.

Not For Larger Headrests
Neck Pillows are comfortable, seem a good value for the price, if you have a normal headrest. They are NOT made for larger headrests, as can be seen in the photo. The strap is not adjustable, so the position and fit cannot be changed, and is so tight on a larger headrest that it will naturally slide up. The seats in the photo are one piece with the headrest integrated. Note in the photo, the far pillow to the right was just installed. The one in the foreground after one day has slid up. After the third day, it had slid off the headrest completely.

Pretty good headrest pillow
I’ll preface this saying if you have a one-piece bucket seat this may not work for you. That’s what I have and so it doesn’t work the greatest.If you have a seat with a separate headrest you may really like thisInstallation is pretty easy. It has two elastic loops that join together with a plastic clip. Pretty standard among gadgets like this. This will easily wrap around the legs of the head rest. With a bucket it’s going to be hit-or-miss.In use, it’s pretty great. There’s a LOT of padding, so you do sort of shove your head back and let it fill around it. Once you get situated it does offer a good degree of support.Unfortunately, as my bucket seats don’t really allow this to stay down it was difficult to keep in place and so I quickly took it off.Overall this seems like a quality product and a good deal for the price. Just because I can’t use it doesn’t mean it’s not a good product.

Neck pillow
Good neck pillow. Nice and soft and easily adjustable. It gives my neck the support it needs from those annoying angled head rests that push my head forward. This pillow fills in the gap and make longer car rides more comfortable.
