Very Soft Pillow, But the Straps are Awkward
This is a very soft and comfortable neck pillow that provides some nice, gentle support, though the fit isn’t universal for all car seats.The best part is the fabric. The suede-like cover feels smooth, looks upscale, and is cozy. I also appreciate that it has a removable/washable cover and uses a polyfill, which is breathable and doesn’t get sweaty like memory foam. It works great in our Outback.The main drawback is the strap design. The straps are too long, and the Velcro placement makes it hard to get a tight fit on some headrests. It was too loose to use in our Fiat. Also, note that this is for light cushioning, not firm orthopedic support.It’s a solid, affordable option if you want to add some soft cushioning. Just be prepared to fiddle with the straps to get a good fit.

I love this non-memory foam pillow!
I’ve been using this car headrest neck pillow for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been working wonderfully for me. One thing that immediately sets it apart from most others I’ve tried is that it doesn’t have memory foam inside. Instead, it’s filled with a polyfill material, which I actually prefer. It allows me to shape the pillow exactly to the curvature of my neck, giving me customized support that feels just right.The suede fabric is very soft and smooth, and looks nice, too. The pillow provides excellent support and really helps reduce tension and fatigue in my neck and shoulders while driving. I have chronic neck issues and I am very picky about any kind of pillow.If I could change one thing, it would be the closure in the back. The straps are a bit too long for my headrest, and the velcro doesn’t line up quite right, so I’ve had to tie a small knot to keep it tight. It’s an easy fix, though, and doesn’t take away from how much I like the pillow overall.Installation is quick and simple, and I love that the cover can be removed for cleaning. All in all, this is a great-quality neck pillow that’s both comfortable and practical. It looks nice, feels soft, and provides the kind of support I was hoping for. It’s definitely a great value for the price. I will warn that if you are looking for a pillow that has the feel of memory foam, this is not it. In my case, that’s what I wanted, and it’s a win!

Soft cover, looks nice, straps too long
This neck pillow arrived vacuum sealed. It takes about an hour for the filling to poof up all the way. This neck pillow can be washed by merely taking out the stuffing through the zippered opening. There is foam stitched to the inside ends of the fabric. So, it would be best to wash the suede covering on cold, gentle and then air dry. The filling consists of a small pillow, which looks and feels just like the ones given free to passengers on airplanes. The suede fabric is really soft and is single stitched throughout. The zipper is strong and pull is made of metal. The color is more charcoal than black.The description says this neck pillow, “…features a practical magic tape adhesive design…” Unfortunately, there is no magic tape or adhesive surface. Unless, they are talking about the hook-and-loop (Velcro-like) fasteners.The straps are long and somewhat stretchy. The picture in the description shows the headrest pillow attached around the metal rods of the vehicle’s headrest. But unfortunately, since the straps are long and the hook-an-loop surface is only on the last 3.5” of the straps, you would have to wrap the straps around the metal rods twice to fit. If you do that, then the headrest of the vehicle would sit up too high. And, the straps are even too long to go around a typical headrest. So, the only remedy would be to attach more hook-and-loop fasteners closer to the base of the neck pillow, so the length can be adjusted. This pillow could be used as a lumbar support pillow, but the straps are too short to fit all the way around a vehicle’s seat.This neck pillow is soft and comfortable. But, it only deserves 4/5 stars since the straps are too long and the extra hook-and-loop fasteners are too short to secure the straps properly around your vehicle’s headrest.

3.5 stars, not enough cushion for me
I put this around my head rest in my car. Although it is helping, it’s not anywhere near enough for my head rest. The new Toyota’s have really a tipped forward head rest, and I need more cushion than this too push my neck forward. This might work for other folks, then not quite the right thing for me.It tends to be a little wobbly. Like if I could tighten it a lot more it might be a little more secureQuality wise this is really nice. It has nice stitching nice material and good fill. It’s just not enough. I might try adding some more fill and seeing if that helps.
