Essential to my car camping setup
I want to start by saying you really need to tighten this net, and the three straps at the bottom, if you want it not to sag. Just accept now that you can’t hang anything too heavy from this net and you can’t use the straps to hang anything except like, string lights. But if you use it properly, it really doesn’t sag. Setup takes some grunt work to tighten everything, but I haven’t had to mess with it at all since then and we can still enjoy the sunroof from the front seat just fine. The backseat overhead light is blocked, but we have string lights over the net so we don’t mind. That said, this net has given us so much more storage in our car camping setup. We put our glasses and phones in one of the 3 smaller pouches when we sleep, use another pouch to air dry our toothbrushes, and the last pouch permanently stores some duct tape, rechargeable hand warmers, charging cables, and clothing refresher spray. You could put a small light or lantern in one of these pouches and use it to illuminate the car pretty well.Inside the large zippered main container (which spans the whole net), I keep our portable display monitor which is velcroed to a magnetic cover for added stability. We clip the cover onto the top of the net and connect the monitor to either a phone for movie nights, or a steam deck to play co-op games while car camping. We also keep some tote bags and a book in the main compartment, and we hang dry our washcloths from the bottom straps. With the windows rolled down while we’re driving, this net dries things quickly. The top of the net is the main feature tbh. We essentially use it as one large table. When we’re driving, we put the window covers up top and fasten them with a chip clip so they don’t slide around. When we’re not driving and we need to put anything down quickly, it usually goes on the top of the net. Dishes, clothes, notebooks, keys, scissors, etc. It can hold quite a lot and keeps us from having to clutter up our space by placing things on the air mattress. This is especially important with things like knives and scissors. It can also hold slightly heavier stuff than the zippered compartments since it’s double layered and more sturdy. The straps were nice and adjustable, so this net fits well in our 2024 Subaru Crosstrek and I’m sure it will fit well in most other cars. It’s pretty easy to put things in and get them out, it stores a lot and doesn’t sag as long as you don’t overtax it with super heavy stuff (big laptops are right at the limit), it hasn’t fallen needed readjusting after several months of driving and car camping trips, and I feel like having this net makes the difference between feeling cramped when we have to camp without a tent, or feeling like we have space to move.Even if you’re not camping, it’s just really handy for creating extra surfaces and storage space out of nowhere. It’s not sleek, but it’s not ugly either. It’s practical. If you’re into minimalism, you’re probably fine without this. If you camp, have kids, or live a life of clutter, this net really comes in handy.

Does not fit Ford F250
Overall, a nice product. My family member has one in their RAV4 and it works great for road trips and sports gear. Unfortunately, this does not work at all with Ford F250.

More storage in your car
I bought this net to give the children a place to store their toys and travel equipment. It is perfect. It doesn’t hang too low, offers enough storage space and is easy to attach. It is very sturdy and of high quality.

Fits Great in 4th Gen 4Runner
Fits perfectly in my 4th gen 4Runner. I did need to add D-rings to the rear coat hooks to make it work but it’s just a screw to remove, add D-Ring, then re-screw (can add a D-ring underneath coat hooks or replace coat hooks with D-rings). The cargo net does not sag much, but we keep light things up top to maintain overhead clearance. We often sleep in the car so the small pockets on the underside are great for holding pocket items like phone, headlamp, etc. overnight in place of tent pockets. Seems versatile for different needs. I use binder clips to keep the excess strap length from hanging down. Wish I had bought this sooner, it’s been great.

Good fit in a Honda Element
I like this net a lot – got the idea after watching youtube videos of Honda Element campers. It fits well, don’t sag much even with item in it. In a Honda Element there is so much headroom you can’t see it in the rearview mirror, and can sit under it.It did have a “plasticy” smell when brand new out of the box, but degassed in just one day.
