This thing is really nice ,I had the speedo in my 1989 Chevy pickup quite working common prob with gauges clusters those yrs as Chevy owners know and I saw this and thought hmmm will it work ,so after some fabrication in my dash and installing the 120 mph gauge cause I believe it came in 80 mph also .it works awesome and looks pretty darn good .I wondered how it would do in the rain and if it would have signal problems ,the other day I drove in a pouring thunderstorm and never lost signal, so I give it a 5 star easy ,and for the price u can’t beat it .I compared it with my speed app I was using on my phone and both were almost spot on together .I would even say this was better than the app actually .the color choices are really cool to .I have my dash blue to match the color my trucks interior and look very cool especially if u use LEDs but I guess u could even install this on a lawn mower lol, long as it moves this gauge reads the speed.im not sure longevity ,but have had this 1 month and no prob so far and also keeps milage from time u start using it,which is nice feature.easy to hookup and I just installed the gps antenna under the hood .

Fit and works perfectly in my humvee, much cheaper and easier than an OE fix, Im just not 100% sold on the accuracy, I have another gauge that also shows gps speed and they seem to disagree by about 7 miles an hour at 65

Clear display and very accurate.
Works great on my custom built diesel truck and the speed is within 1 or 2 mph of my phone gps speedometer. The back light is pretty bright but not obnoxious, and the numbers are very easy to read. I highly recommend this, especially for the price.

I have a late 90s 1st Gen Frontier, they are notorious for having gauge cluster issues. I bought this speedo with odometer to know how fast I’m going and how many miles driven it works great super easy install definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a speedometer

I installed this in my old Mercedes after swapping in a modern transmission that doesn’t have a mechanical speedometer drive. It woks great. I like the fact that it also provides an odometer. I’m old so I hate screens in my vehicles and having a mechanical (looking) gauge is nice. I’m not using the illumination so I cant speak to how that performs. The GPS antenna cable is obnoxiously long in case you want to run it all the way to the trunk of your ’69 Caddy. The unit has no issues acquiring GPS signal when mounted under my dash.

120 mph Speedo performance
Tested this in my Nissan Rogue before installing in my Nova. Initial lock to GPS took a minute or so but after that seems to sync quickly. There is a little lag when comparing to the Nissans speedo but not to bad. The accuracy is off just a bit , I would estimate it indicates about 3 mph faster than the Nissan speedo. I looked for calibration instructions, with success. That said the 3 mph bump will probably help me stay out of trouble once installed in the Nova, but when I am looking for trouble 3 mph won’t matter. I will revisit to report how install went.

Useless and defective. Cannot lock the signal for more than a few minutes, at which point it errors out.

Not bad for it’s price, but light stopped working.
It was easy to install, and works well, but the backlight stopped working in six months.
