Surprisingly Awesome!
The only thing this product could use is some sort of instructions and even suggestions included. For example, an explanation of what order to assemble the poles. However, trial and error will get you through that, plus, for certain applications you may want to switch around where the foam grip goes. I still don’t know what the two straps on the head are for.But that all being said, I can easily wash my cars with this and then mop the laundryroom floor with it. I love this product. Comes with two heads. They rinse out well in the sink or you can toss them in the wash and they come out great. It is very soft and won’t scratch. The head is flexible, so it will contour to your car. Still, it is a soft head, it will not scrub off heavy soil, but your trying towel should pick up what the mophead misses. It also does a fantasitc job on the tile laundy floor, better than any mop I have used. But you can’t wring it out as such like a floor mop, but it is worth a little extra figuring out for how well it cleans the floor.

No more step stool
I purchased the anngrowy 62″ Microfiber Car Wash Brush specifically for washing a 2500 series pickup truck. It had become a hassle moving a step stool from front to back and side to side during the wash stage so I looked into getting a microfiber wash brush that could reach. Since I am heavily into car detailing I really liked the Autofiber Mitt on a Stick, but could not stomach paying $80-85 for it. I found this one on Amazon and although not as robust and lacking a fully padded angled handle unlike the Autofiber option, I figured for a quarter of the price I can live without that. The only reason this did not receive 5 stars is that I am not a fan of the pole being in four pieces and would much rather have a two piece, but I get it, four piece requires half the size boxing of the product. The plus side of the four piece handle is you can make it shorter if you do not need the full reach, but since I do need maximum reach that doesn’t benefit me.

UPDATED: Sadly, cannot recommend this product–but GREAT customer service!
UPDATE 01/2022: The customer service from this company is great. They have been very good about communicating regarding the issues I had with their product and with the feedback. They indicated the issue may be resolved during manufacturing. Hope that is the case. I still use this product and like it, but do take the sponge layer out before putting the rest of the mop in the washing machine–then re-insert the sponge layer after I’ve hand-washed it.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Overall, this is mostly a great product and it does work very well for washing a large vehicle–the handle makes it very easy to wash the top and hard to reach areas of a large vehicle. The mop is soft and does not leave lint or scratches. However, the reason I cannot recommend this product is because when the mop head is washed in the washing machine, a sponge layer INSIDE the back side of the mop head becomes twisted and impossible to flatten out. The sponge part is not connected to any part of the inside of the mop head. Each time I washed this, I would spend 10+ minutes every time trying to flatten out the internal sponge piece that was wadded up. Finally, after becoming frustrated with it, I cut a 4″ slit in the back of the mop head so I can flatten out the sponge piece and make it usable again. Poor design, as the sponge layer should have been sewn into the rest of the mop head. I do like it and now that I’ve cut it open, I can continue to use this since I’m past the return window.

Wish the handle was stronger.
The brush head is decent quality, it comes with two, however I’m not a huge fan of how it attaches to the head. I find that the brush padding doesn’t cover all the plastic head, so it hits things like window edges if not careful. The pole is a good length and helps me reach the roof of the vehicle, but it is very thin metal and you cant put much force behind it without if flexing a lot.

If you have a suv or bigger, this is a must have. I’m 6ft 4” and still found it a hard stretch to properly clean the top of my suv.This makes washing so! much easier. Heck, you can use this on the whole car, and not constantly be bending down.Nicely built, easy to use/remove and wash micro cloth.I regret not buying this years ago.Recommended.
