This is a very nice unit, perfect size for my needs. Quick and very easy setup. Nice clean crisp display and several options for mounting as I use this in several different vehicles with different interiors and locations for mounting.

Great magnetic mount
Excellent device made even better because of the magnetic mount. I didn’t want a screen sitting on my dash attracting potential thieves. For me, a magnetic was perfect. Once mounted, the screen works perfectly.

Looks Promising, but Haven’t Installed It Yet
We bought this with the plan to use it as a backseat entertainment system for our kid, but we haven’t installed it yet. We’ve all been sick with the flu and honestly haven’t even driven the car in over two weeks, so installation just hasn’t happened yet.That said, we did open the box and take a good look at everything. First impressions are positive. The screen is a nice size, feels solid, and the display looks clear and responsive just from handling it. The magnetic mount seems sturdy, and I like that it can be used in either vertical or horizontal mode depending on preference.The setup looks straightforward, and the fact that it supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wirelessly is a big plus. It feels well made and thoughtfully designed, not cheap or flimsy.Since we haven’t actually used it in the car yet, I can’t speak to performance, connectivity, or long-term use. Based on build quality and features alone, though, it seems like a solid option. Once we’re back to normal and get it installed, I’m optimistic it’ll do exactly what we bought it for.

Great Android Auto display
Easy to install, all hardware provided to get it working in a matter of minutes. Dont hesitate, order and enjoy having all the music and GPS functionality of your phone, at your fingertips on your dash. Installed in my Dodge Nitro using AUX cable for audio, removed my center dash to run my wires and conceal as much as possible..crystal clear music. GPS connects immediately and uses Google Maps, even has stored data feom my phone for work and home saved points.Can access phone calls, logs, messages, etc. Very impressed.

VERY impressive CarPlay device.
Wow. For $60, this is really awesome.This device boots very fast. There is an annoying sound which you can easily disable in the settings.Upon first power on, you’re greeted with a very simple setup process.It asks a few questions to determine how it can play audio.It first suggests Bluetooth, then Aux, then FM transmission(!), then finally built in speakers.Yes, this thing has a built in FM transmitter! I wasn’t expecting that at all. You really can use this with just about anything. The built in speakers are objectively bad for music, however. Okay for voice directions. I would recommend using any other output.You can use this in portrait or landscape mode and there’s a quick button to rotate the display.There’s a brightness slider that has a decent range of brightness. I would say that it could be a bit brighter for day use.The viewing angles of the screen are excellent. This appears to be an IPS display or similar tech.The home screen is simple and it has big buttons for CarPlay and Android Auto.I was only able to test CarPlay.I can confirm it works flawlessly and as expected. Comparable to any modern head unit in a recent year car.The display is responsive and things load quickly.Dragging on the maps is a bit slow, however the animations and map movement are smooth.Please use the included power supply, unless you have at least a 5V 3A charger. I tried this on my computers USB port and while it did work, it was unstable. It crashed after around 10 minutes of use and I could see slight flickering.Once I switched to a bigger power supply, the flickering went away and it has been rock solid.The other thing to give praise on is the suction mount.Not only is this one of the largest and strongest device suction cups I’ve seen, it has one of the absolute strongest magnet mount system I’ve seen and felt.The back of the tablet has a metal plate behind the housing, and the suction arm has a magnetic disc.This disc is EXTREMELY strong. It was warping the window before it gave way. Use two hands and slide it off.Overall, this device is seriously good for what it does.I do wish it had a small internal battery or capacitor so it could survive momentary power loss.The only other thing I wish was for a setting to auto-start Android Auto or CarPlay upon boot. This would make it completely hands free.It takes about 15 seconds from power on to connected to CarPlay. Not bad at all for something with no battery.

This product has a very niche use case, I think. It’s for people that want to keep their car’s stock stereo system, but want to add wireless CarPlay / Android Auto. A lot of aftermarket Android-based head units (where you replace your entire stock stereo / head unit) have poor amps and the audio can sound very “thin” and bad quality. Some don’t like the look for aftermarket head units in their car. So this is essentially a Bluetooth adapter with a screen that you add to your system, keeping the original functionality and look for the stock stereo system. The way I see it, it’s like having your phone permanently attached to your car.This unit sends the audio signal via a 3.5mm aux cable which would plug into your car’s aux input. So your car needs to have an Aux input, otherwise you will have audio (to stream music or hear navigation directions). This kit comes with two different types of mounts based on your preference: one is a standard ball mount that you can use with other ball mounts, or the included suction cup mount. The other is a stand mount that you attach (or drill) to a flat surface. It comes the necessary power cable and aux audio cable.Setup with fairly easy and it pairs quickly with the phone via Bluetooth. My phone knew it was a CarPlay unit, and went into CarPlay mode, and allowed me to use the CarPlay enabled apps such as my music and navigation apps. The screen is a nice big 8″ size, so things are very easy to see.
