Pure junk jumps around it’s seven it is at the neighbors even know, it never moved from the driveway and when I did go on a trip, it didn’t record, anything says, no data, absolutely junk.Do not buy

Decent Trackers
These are good trackers, They have a strong magnet and easy to hide in your vehicle. I like that they use the City Tag app. While I like the Find hub app it doesn’t show history. All of these trackers rely on other phones usually Apple devices to pinpoint the location so they aren’t real accurate but they give a general location. The battery life is ok but if you forget where you hid it once the battery dies you’ll have a hard time finding it since you can no longer make it beep. And BTW the beep it makes is really low volume so if it is inside something it may be hard to hear.

We had a l air of these, and they worked so well, we got these. We had the others on our cars, so we moved them onto my trailer and scooter, and put these on the cars. It took a bit to figure out how to set them up, but 9nce we did, they woried quite well- we spent an afternoon playing hide-n-seek, to see how well they worked- fabulous 🙂 The tracking was pretty accurate, and easy to use, and 5hey are a good value.

Difficult to Understand Setup Instructions
The instructions that came with these devices might have been clear in the Chinese version printed on one side of the instructions, but the English version on the other side was very difficult for me to understand. With a lot of patience, I downloaded the CityTag App from the playstore and created a City Tag account. Each tag has its own serial number on a sticker on the outside of the tag. In order to bind the tag to the City Tag App, you must successfully scan the QR code on each tag. This device will also work with IOS phones when an IOS version of the City Tag app is downloaded from the Apple Store.These tags are not meant to locate items within your home. The City App only shows the location of your tag on a larger map. The tags do not work within the Bluetooth range of your Android phone, except to test your pairing by causing the tag to beep once when it’s nearby. So, rather than help you find your keys or wallet in your home, it seems particularly designed to track a car or motorcycle.However, the tag is NOT a GPS tracking device. It emits a BT signal every couple of secconds which an Apple phone can receive if it is within about 500 ft of the tag. Beyond that distance, the BT signal can be received by other phones within the City Tag network which report back to a server that can then give you the location of the tag. For this City Tag relies ONLY on Apple phone reporting, even for those who have an Android phone. Only when there are nearby Apple phones, will the location of the tag be updated. The updated location on The City Tag app includes the time it was updated. When I tested the tag in my wife’s car, it took nearly an hour for the first update to occur after my wife left home, perhaps because there was little traffic where she was driving and fewer Apple phones to report her position. This is a short- coming, if you are expecting real moment to moment position information. There are real GPS devices out there that can do this, but you must pay for a monthly subscription. With this one and others like it, you have no subscription fee, but you have to be satisfied with intermittent location information. While this device does work and is reasonably priced considering you get 2 tags, and 2 spare batteries, there are more versatile and easier to use trackers that use the Google Find Hub, or the Apple Find network that I would choose.
