Easy setup and installation. Great quality and works well in the car with the WiFi. Did not hardwire to the car fuse box and just used the AC outlet with a short double extension cord. Does not interfere with the headrest as some of them in the past have when mounted. Very pleased with the units and the various features.

UPDATE – they replaced the 14” and the 15.6” monitors with no hassle. I now have them in both our vehicles. The 15.6” is a great upgrade over the 14”The product has great functionality and a smooth easy touchscreen. We put movies on microSD and USB drives for road trips. I prefer these over the factory versions for far less $$.The single 12v to dual power connectors is awesome. We roll the excess cord up in the center console to keep kids from messing with them or getting tangled.

Excellent product we had had remotes
This product is perfect for the car fit the head rests and the only thing I wish this had was two remotes to turn them off when people in the back seats are asleep or want to sleep. Other than that an excellent product:)

Looks better than if the auto dealership had installed them.Had one problem and the merchant/vendor took care of the issue with no problems.
