i bought this car seat headrest pillow with low expectations and ended up totally surprised this thing is a game changer.adjustable & ergonomic:the sliding adjustment feature lets you move the cushion up or down to hit just the right spot on your neck or upper back. i’m 5’4” and my partner is 6’1”, and we can both use it comfortably by simply adjusting the height. the arrows printed on the back actually helped guide me when installing nice touch.super comfy but supportive:it’s firm enough to give you real support (no more slouching or awkward leaning while driving), but still has enough softness that it feels cozy, not stiff. after a two week road trip, my neck wasn’t sore or tight at all something i can never say without support like this.installs in seconds:setup was surprisingly easy. it straps securely around the headrest without slipping, and the construction feels high quality, not flimsy or cheap.stylish & low profile:it doesn’t scream “orthopedic device” like other neck pillows. it blends in with my car interior and even looks kind of sleek against the leather seats.who it’s for:if you have neck pain, travel often, or spend a lot of time in the car (delivery drivers, rideshare folks, parents waiting in school lines…), this is worth every penny.minor con:i wish it came in more colors. black goes with everything, but a beige or gray option would be great for lighter interiors.bottom line:this isn’t just a car accessory it’s neck therapy on the go. it made such a difference that i’m considering buying a second one for my work chair. highly recommend.

people need to understand two things when it comes to these types of pillows for the vehicle/office chairs headrest .. are you tall and big? .. what type of chair do you have because they are not all the same-does the headrest sit further back?.. do you use a back cushion which will make you sit slightly forward ..the chair in my vehicle has a headrest that sits a little further back with no type of adjustment unlike some cars that have a button where you can move the headrest forward …. I am also a tall person that uses a backrest pillow which forces me to sit slightly forward .. most of the usual types of pillows you see online have that almost dog bone type shape that doesn’t fit my needs ..this one is perfect since it will make the headrest higher and it is adjustable …. highly recommend it for big and tall people AND their headrest sits further back and that they also use a back pillow like I do …. the rest of you should be okay with just a regular type of neck rest …. very good quality and comfortable

Great idea but just unstable performance
I liked the flexibility and the way it a adjusts. But because of the straps and seat shape it doesn’t add up to a stable and consistent support for the neck.

Not a good neck pillow but can work as a lumbar pillow
The pillow sits way too far forward to use for your neck in the car. It pushes your head completely off the headrest and just makes your neck hurt more. The only reason I kept it was because the base of it which has the strap attached, works well as a lumbar pillow if you remove the top cushion.

Bought tens of neck pillows. Never was fit nor size. This is nice quality and great size fitting to the adjusting of neck n shoulders. Very good memory foam. I found solution after trying 15+ neck pillows since 24 years of typical made ones. This is great product. Highly recommended. Happy client.

This is a much softer than I thought solution for getting something to support my head.The useless headrest on the chair is some six inches away from the head, so, I bought this, as it appeared to be the thickess support cushion available.I found that fitting this is a bit haphazard, it will depend on your chair and what you have to fix the strap too.It will move around, so you will have to constantly re adjust it every time you use your chair.On fitting it just touched the back of my head to give some support, so, I would be very wary of anything that is not as thick as this, for me, I would like another 2 inches .It’s an okay solution but not perfect, it will do for the now as there is nothing else on the market that will do the job I want it to do.
