Perfect back support
My car doesn’t have any sort of lumbar support, and I’ve spent way too much time, and money, trying all kinds different pillows to help. I finally came across this one and thought “well, if this one doesn’t work, then I’m just out of luck”, but I’m very pleased to say that it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for! The gel structure keeps it from getting too hot, like the foam ones tend to, and it provides the perfect amount of support without being puffy/bulky either. I did have to shorten the length of the top part to work better with my seat, but I just chock that up to car seats varying in size and shape. Either way, with this support in, it’s exactly what a car seat should feel like

Little bit of mods and it helps. The price is just right You will have to adjust it a bit.
It definitely supports my back. It was a little low, but I was able to modify it slightly to rise it to where I need it and for the price it really saves my back. It’s well worth it if you have a cross track like I do a little bit of modification makes it fit really nice. The only problem is it takes a while for the heater on the seats to get through that gel and the gel stays quite warm after it’s warmed up

Update: 02.7.26 – after a few years, it started leaking this past Dec 2025. Once it started leaking, it just went flat. Loved it when it works, but taking 1 star off because of leaked and another star because it was a pain in the butt to clean my pants and car seat of the leaked gel.I bought probably 6 of these supports in the past trying to support my back as i do long commutes in southern California. This one was the best. I had a gel version that finally bit the dust last year…started leaking gel. Hopefully the gel in this one will not leak. I like this one better than the last one as its think and contours my sear and back better. Others was more like an office back support than a car seat support. The only negative i have is its going to be long at the bottom… it’s supposed to tuck the bottom inside the seat crack at bottom but i have car seat covers. So it just hangs long… kinda annoying as i need to adjust it every time I get in the car but willing to work with it as it fits my back best.
