The included data cable is specifically designed for the REEIIO Ai Box. We recommend against using other cables for connection, as this may result in slow transfer speeds or failure to recognize the device.Your user experience will be significantly diminished.
Why can’t I connect to CarPlay/Android Auto?
1. Your vehicle may not support CarPlay/Android Auto. Please check compatibility. 2. Your phone does not have both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled simultaneously. 3. Your hotspot is active. You must turn it off to connect to CarPlay/Android Auto.
Why can’t I connect to the network?
1. You have connected your phone to the Ai Box’s WiFi. Please do not connect your phone to any other network. 2. Your phone has poor signal strength, preventing the hotspot from connecting.
No sound during calls when using CarPlay
On your iPhone’s call screen, select CarPlay or Auto mode as the audio output setting.
Why do I experience audio or navigation delays?
These issues may occur when your phone signal is unstable.
Why doesn’t the Ai Box indicator light turn off automatically when the car is shut off?
Typically, the Ai Box indicator light will gradually fade out after the car is turned off. The duration varies by vehicle model, so there’s no need for concern.

Stopped working after two weeks
Unfortunately, this product completely stopped working after only two weeks of use, which was very disappointing. At first, it seemed to perform fine, but the sudden failure shows that it lacks reliability and durability. For the price, I expected it to last much longer and deliver consistent performance. Having to deal with this issue so soon after purchasing is frustrating, and it makes me question the overall quality of the product. I would not recommend this item to anyone, as there are many other alternatives on the market that are built better, last longer, and offer far more value for your money. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a more dependable option

It WORKS!
It took a couple of tries to setup… the unit comes with both usb-c and usb-a plug wires. I first tried the usb-a wire because that’s what my Cadillac comes equipped with. The unit showed that it was connected to the Bluetooth but wouldn’t connect to my phone’s hotspot. I then plugged a usb-c adapter on the car and used the usb-c wire but it also didn’t work. I gave up and turned off the car.. an hour later I started the car and the Box’s home screen was showing on my car’s navigation screen, go figure. I was able to sign in to Netflix and watched 5 hours of it!

Effortless Upgrade – Loving REEIIO Wireless CarPlayBox!
If you want to upgrade your factory wired CarPlay to wireless while adding Netflix and YouTube, this REEIIO CarPlayBox is totally worth it. Setup was super easy – I just plugged it in, followed the screen prompts, and my iPhone connected wirelessly in seconds. Streaming Netflix and YouTube during charging breaks has made long trips fun, and video quality is clear with minimal lag. It also lets me play movies from a TF card, which is perfect when I don’t want to use data. The connection is stable, and switching between CarPlay apps and entertainment is seamless. Once it’s running it’s okay, but the setup and reliability just weren’t great for me.
Had high hopes for this but it didn’t really deliver. It disconnected a couple times during use and there’s noticeable lag when switching apps or playing video. Also, it didn’t work right out of the box — had to update the app and mess with a few settings before it would even connect properly. Kinda defeats the whole plug-and-play idea. Once it’s running it’s okay, but the setup and reliability just weren’t great for me.

The device helped me connect car play . The connection happens as soon as i enter the car and turn the car on. It allowed me to get rid of the length cables to connect to car play for my apple device. Must have if you want to get rid of the separate cables . Complete value of money. Love the functionality as there is no lag in the connectivity .
