Audio input or output issues

Persistent disconnection?
Persistent disconnections may be caused by Wi-Fi interference. Disable other in-car Wi-Fi devices (like dash cams). Try resetting your phone’s network settings (Settings > Network > Reset) and update your Carplay adapter’s firmware.
Car screen goes black?
To open the background mode: First, connect to WiFi, then open the Safari browser, and enter “192.168.18.9” in the address bar to enter the background management page. On this page, find the “Background Mode” option and click to enable it.
How to Update/ Enter the SettingsInterface
Power the adapter via a charge-only port. Connect to its Wi-Fi (password: 12345678). Open your browser, go to 192.168.18.9, and tap “Update”. Updating fixes ~80% of issues. Only upgrade if experiencing problems, not for stable connections.
Does it support video/streaming media playback?
