I got to tell you I was edgy when I saw five stars you don’t see many items with five stars this is a killer this works great I returned three different Apple carplay they just did not work correct this one is awesome you have to remember if your car is not set up for Apple carplay you’re not going to be able to screen YouTube but if your car has Android audio and you have to use the cable with this you’ll never see a cable again and it works quick

Connected twice.
The screen mirroring or screen cast function worked twice. Now it no longer connects. I am using a Samsung phone on a 2024 Honda Civic.

This did work for wireless connection to my vehicle, however, it did not let me Mirror my screen as described.

Weak signal
Blue tooth connection is kinda weak unless I place the phone in my cup holder. If it is in my pocket my navigation lags. Other than that, it works fine.

Using this in my 2025 Bronco to avoid having to plug in my phone for car play every time. I have the adapter plugged in down at the bottom of the dash where the port is (obviously). Set-up was as simple as it gets: plug in, connect to Bluetooth on my phone, done.Why four stars?It almost always connects immediately without any effort on my side, but not always. Probably one in ten times it has to sit and think about it for a minute or two, first.There is a three second delay between the phone and the adapter. Push pause or next song or any music command and it doesn’t happen for those few seconds. Does not seem to have any delay when using other car play features, but for the music it does.And finally, if other people in the truck are using your phone as a hotspot, it really struggles. If the car play adapter is already connected and working then it’ll usually continue working okay. But if they start using lots of data or if your phone signal gets down to one or two bars, the adapter can’t seem to hold the connection anymore. I’m not clear why that is, since the adapter is not the one streaming information, it’s just relaying what the phone gives to it. Nevertheless, that’s how mine behaves.Likes: Fast automatic connection almost every time. No more wire. Adapter is out of the way and basically invisible on the Bronco because it’s tucked below the dash.Dislikes: Blank screen when it should be connected. But at least I know what causes it and can do something about it.Be aware this ONLY makes Car Play wireless. It doesn’t provide car play if your vehicle didn’t already have it. It does not mirror your phone screen. It does not provide wifi. But it does work pretty well and I’m glad I bought it.
