I just received this device. I am a little skeptical because the advice appeared to be used. I haven’t installed it yet in my car, but I’m not happy because it does not seem like it’s brand new. I ordered a brand new device and that’s what I expect to receive. The device has scratches on it.At this point I’m not happy, it will be returned if it doesn’t work property. The box wasn’t even sealed. Giving it a two star now.
