Doesn’t work with larger phone cases
On first glance the device seems very useful and functional, but if you have a large phone case like an otterbox or any other rubber & plastic case it won’t work. The grasping arms won’t reach around the phone and the magnetic charging tips won’t make contact to charge. I had tried to modify it by heating/bending the arms to make it work so I can no longer return it. More ewaste that ended up in the trash.

Design issues….no car lighter plug either
Issues:No car lighter plugIt cannot accommodate my phone. The charging port stay unattached due to curvature of the bottom piece. My android stay 5 mm above the charging socket…..not happy

I’m getting this a one star and a five star and one review on one hand of this thing is really neat and it works great on the other hand it is the most aggravating thing to use daily if you have a thin case on your phone forget it you have to take it off you cannot have any kind of popsocket or holder on the back of your phone forget it you got to take it off and when you don’t have your phone in the device itself anytime you move or even just your a movement toward this device it will sit there and open and close unless you unplug it it’s a love-hate relationship to be honest and I took it out of my car after about a week. I will say it charged my phone as promised it did not drop my phone it held it securely going around curves hitting bumps Etc and it was easy to plug up and unplug but it also took a cigarette lighter or USB charger port away from you as well so it’s 50/50 love hate
