Review for Canvcle Windshield Sun Shade for Nissan Pathfinder
I recently purchased the Canvcle Windshield Sun Shade for my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality and performance. This sun shade feels noticeably thicker compared to others in the same price range, style, and type, offering better durability and protection from the sun.The fit is perfect for my Pathfinder and requires only a little effort to position correctly. Once in place, it covers the entire windshield effectively, keeping the interior cool and protected from UV rays.Folding the shade, however, is a bit tricky. Like all spring frame shades, it takes some practice to get it right. The included storage bag is not very practical since it only has a half-sized panel on one side, making it somewhat useless. However, once you get the hang of folding it, it becomes easier. To fold, simply fold the shade in half, twist each side to form a figure 8, and then position the loops on top of each other. There is a loop attached to the shade that secures it in its folded position.Despite the folding challenge, the folded shade fits perfectly in the pocket behind the passenger’s seat, making it easy to store and retrieve. You can also leave it on the floor, as it becomes quite small once folded and secured.Overall, the Canvcle Windshield Sun Shade is a fantastic product that offers excellent sun protection, a perfect fit for the Pathfinder, and decent storage solutions. If you don’t mind the learning curve of folding it, this sun shade is a great investment for keeping your car cool and protected.

Excellent for reducing heat in the vehicle and for cutting light at night for car camping.
I like the thin material and the plastic edging that allows the shades to just pop into the windows. They’re easy to tell apart by shape (front and back seat) and I like that the front windshield screen has a velcro fastener around the rear view mirror. Some people complain about not being able to fold them back up but I’m never going to fold mine. I just lay then in the back seat when I’m not using them. But I like using them to keep out the heat and also not show what’s in the car. But if I don’t keep them in, I can lay them over what’s in my seats to hide what’s there.I’m hoping the screens will also help insulate from the cold because when I travel, I stay at rest stops. But I’ll have to find out later (it’s September now).The only minor problem was I had a hard time figuring out how to use the clips for the back window. The screen wouldn’t stay in by itself and the video showed putting the screen in first and then the clips, but it was so dark I couldn’t see how it actually worked. I finally went out, put in the screen and just kept trying to put the clips in here and there. I found they stayed in place in some areas of the window edge and not in others. I have the hang of it now.I’m going to keep a small pouch in the trunk area so I don’t lose the clips when I remove the screen for driving.I’m also impressed that there are screens for the small triangular windows next to the back seat windows. I have never seen screens for these small windows. A big help if you’re camping in your car at night.My friends are impressed on how cool my car is in the south Texas heat. Not like air conditioning, of course, but you can tell a huge difference if you put your hand in between the screen and the window itself. Well worth the money.

Keeps the vehicle cool
This has been the best thing I’ve gotten for my vehicle. It helps keep the car cool and for privacy it’s excellent. They stay put and work as they should. It fits my RAV4 2025 perfectly

The shades rest against the windows giving good coverage and do not fall off.
The shades fit my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid windows in that they stay placed in the window. The shades block out the light although there are a few areas where the light shows through in a small gap. I like the material as it is light weight and does it’s job. I want them for camping in my car and blocking light as well as giving privacy. I gave them a 4 star rating because the wire frame, when tucked in one side and the surrounding fabric margins flushed at the window, stays up but the wire is not the same shape of the window and does not tuck in the window frame all the way around. I’m in Arizona which has very hot weather causing the car to get extremely hot inside. The manufacturer states that the material will withstand high heat and degrade. I will be storing them in the vehicle. I personally like the wire frame as it is very flexible and durable, a few twists straighten it out if it is out of shape. It comes with a bag for storage which is nice. I am going to lay them flat in the car as the bag requires they be twisted against itself for storage.

Worked perfect for my 2026 Toyota Prius PHEV SE
I bought to use for car camping, not to use while driving. For car camping they’ve worked perfectly. I also use the front shades daily to block sun and it folds easily and stores easily behind the passenger seat. I also use the side window shades (4 of them) when I’m away on trips and have to leave my car parked for a while (also to block sun).The sizes are perfect and easily attach and hold to all windows. There is this innovative excess edging that cover all openings.These are very lightweight. Some reviews complained about folding for storage. The only one I fold is the front window (windshield) shade. The others I lay flat under the trunk mat so I do not see the need to fold.They look great and the value for money is the most inexpensive I’ve found that does the job 100% well. The photos show no light coming in or going out. Perfect for my needs.

This is a great shade. It fits well and is heavier material than most. I do expect it will go with my truck if I ever decide to sell it.

I admit to being a tad nervous about this import order (3rd party) but am very happy to report that delivery, quality and PERFECT is what I got! Fits the 2024 HYUNDAI PALISADE front windshield to perfection. Not only that because of the “wire frame” and the mirror velcro clip, the visor stays perfectly FLAT against the windscreen. So happy I went with the 6-layers as it adds to the density of the overall fabric. 100% Recommend. You wont regret.
