You’ve gotta plug the USB into something plus the headphone jack. Luckily the Milwaukee Job site radio I have has both in the tray. So, it works, but there’s feedback/humming/frequency tones. Like it’s causing its own interference.

Play Music from Your Computer Over a Bluetooth Speaker
I’m so glad I got this Szyafei Bluetooth Adapter! It’s exactly what I needed to solve an audio quality problem that’s been bugging me for a long time! My computer speakers are so bad, they sound all muffled when I turn the volume up. I’m too cheap to buy a new pair of desktop speakers, but we do have a really nice Bluetooth boombox. So I got this little plug-in Bluetooth Adapter to transfer the sound from the computer over to the Bluetooth speaker and it works perfectly, no lag or anything! It’s so easy, just plug and play! The blue light shows that it’s on. If it doesn’t pair instantly, you may need to change your computer settings to choose where you want to play your sound. This device makes for a great audio setup!The Szyafei Bluetooth Adapter is very compact so it only takes up one USB slot without blocking any adjacent slots. It’s the size of a USB flash drive and it even has a snug protective cover on the end like a flash drive does, so you can slip it into your pocket or laptop bag without worrying about it getting dusty or damaged. Now I can enjoy listening to music on my computer again without having to hear it over lousy speakers! I imagine this device will make it just as easy to connect between other devices, too, like Bluetooth headphones. It even comes with a braided 3.5mm audio cable (the cord is 3 ft 5 in long) if you want to plug it into something that way. This is a stylish, well-designed, high-quality item!

Add wireless audio to some old stereo speakers
Very simple and small USB bluetooth audio receiver. I’m using this with some old stereo speakers I want to send music from my computer/phone to. Simply plug it into USB power and plug the 3.5mm audio plug into the input on the speakers. It synced easily and music played fine. Didn’t really notice any lag either. I like this model because there is no internal battery to the receiver, so it will only work when plugged into power. It has a tiny blue LED light to indicate it is plugged in.
