Worth every drop
Installing and configuring this was a beast of a task but that’s normal for this kind of thing. But it’s fully compatible with the nbt system and car controls and even gives you a way in to the oem interface. A few things from my experience with this in a 2016 228i:1. First boot, factory reset it2. In settings, turn the back doors off, use system Bluetooth on (you’ll need to connect to both the system and unit Bluetooth but the auxiliary audio quality is poor and this way you don’t need to run that cable), aux switch off, camera to use the original back up cam if you didn’t install an aftermarket, and the day and night dimmer to full brightness (though I’m pretty sure this is just that I have the wrong date and time set somewhere). Otherwise I probably saved several hundred dollars going with this and installing it myself and it looks and works great so far.

I installed a 10” touch screen and contemplated if I wanted to go bigger, and man what a difference. Easy install, sounds great but one very small (but important) thing that was missing………… instructions. My backup camera doesn’t come on until I put it in park. Other than that, this was a great move for a great price.Had some technical difficulties and when reaching out to customers support, it was A+++++ assistance. Great group to purchase items from.

Love it, simple to setup.Need to connect the Audio cable into the Aux cable for audio. Now my car is running with CarPlay 😀It would be more appreciated if it comes with a backup camera.

I am very impressed with this stereo, especially for the price! I have experience with installing stereos and general electronics but with the information they give you, and YouTube, I truly feel anybody could install it. It is packed with features and easily switches between the upgraded unit and the factory car display. Any screen issues were fixed with switching the resolution in the settings button and the touch screen works well, it just takes a second to get use to it’s response. The fit is perfect! It looks like it was supposed to be there from the factory and the display quality is better than the original. Connectivity is easy as there are several options including 2 USB inputs, one of them is used for CarPlay and android auto. You can use the Aux set up in the car as well as wireless android auto and apple car play. Overall, I would recommend this to anybody that is dealing with their factory screen failing or just simply wants an upgrade. I posted a side by side picture of old and new screen but the screen was not fully installed on that picture. There are no gaps and it fits perfect. Also, you can easily change it from 4 door to 2 door in the settings to keep it from recognizing rear doors if you have a coup. I’ll try to post more pictures and video later.

Honestamente, es una pantalla muy grande y muy moderna es muy similar a las de los BMW más modernos , la instalación no es tan difícil pero tampoco es sencilla si eres primerizo como yo 😅, la calidad ya llevo 1 mes con ella y en mi opinión es muy buena se traba un poco cuando sube la temperatura por el calor del sol , pero es fluida se conecta AirPlay y funciona ok, la recomiendo ampliamente , es china pero de buena calidad , si funciona con el audio AUX original del carro por lo que no pierdes calidad de audio.Estoy en México espero les ayude mi opinión 🇲🇽🌮

The item comes with 2 different bases depending on the model of your car, neither of them fit my F30 and leave the screen wonky when fitted
