The most comfortable car seat cushion I’ve ever had.
I have tried many cushions to use on long-distance rides and none worked like this one! Last month we had a 7 hour car ride, spent the night in a hotel, then took off for an 8 hour car ride the next day. I never had the uncomfortable feeling I always have on long trips. A month later, we did the exact same trip and again, this cushion made it comfortable (well, as comfortable as any 8 hour drive can be). Try it out!

I use it in my recliner. I used to have a separate bottom pillow and 2 back pillows stacked. It is SO nice to have it all one piece! Bottom could probably be a little thicker, but the convenience of not having to adjust it every time I get up is wonderful!

Comfortable needs improvement or long lasting
Been using it for bout. 1month now …in the beginning it was awesome it.improved allot felt really comfortable ony car seat but after a month bought it beggining of January and it now Feb 26 and man I feel so uncomfortable in it trying to find something else I want to return it but window was closed

Slightly “squishy,” but usually comfortable
When I opened this cushion from the vacuum seal, it had sort of a “squishy” feel to it when I first held on to it. But, it was thick. So, when I used it to sit on in the car or truck, it really did feel good on the behind. However, I can’t tell just from this how durable it will be for the long term, or if it will eventually lose its shape. Right now, it seems to spring back to shape after sitting on it for any length of time.One thing I realize is that with the included lumbar support, the type of car seat I am using it on can make a difference on how comfortable it is for me. I’ve used this in a 2019 Ford Explorer and a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. I don’t know if it’s the headrest or seat designs that makes the difference, or both, but something causes a different feel between the two cars. .The headrest in the Explorer seems to tilt forward a little more than the one in the Tacoma, and maybe rises up a little higher. The seat part of this cushion feels great, especially in a car. With some of my other car seat cushions, especially the front, they are so firm that the back of my thighs start to ache during longer drives.I’ve used this cushion on several longer drives in the Explorer with no problem like that. However, what I find is that, in the Explorer, when I try to lean back to get benefit from the lumbar support, my upper back is not reaching the seat back without a litle more effort. I have to tilt my head forward and force my back toward the seat back. That is not really comfortable, and I really don’t get much benefit from it. At least my back is not as comfortable as my butt.As I am writing this, I wonder if the lumbar support already included in the Explorer could be contributing to this problem. Maybe?When I am in the Tacoma, I can lean back, feel the lumbar support of this cushion and more easily lean against the seat back. The lumbar support is not super firm, but is helpful.There are a couple somewhat minor problems with this cushion.Both the Explorer and the Tacoma are higher off the ground. So, when I get in, I have to lift a little and sort of slide into my seat. Since the sides of this cushion are a little higher, even if only slightly, my butt catches the left side and folds it over when I get in. Once I get into my seat, I have to re-arrange the cushion and get it centered. If I don’t get it just right, I sometimes feel like I might fall off when taking sharper turns.Another thing that I discovered is that when this is left on the car seat during really cold weather, it holds the cold in for a while. It will take a little while of sitting on it to lose some of that cold. But, it does get back to body or room temperature.This cushion is not perfect. But, I think the good outweighs the negatives.The most I’ve paid for any car seat cushion, no lumbar support, since 2021 has been about $24.53. They all have their own unique good and negative qualities. I’ll probably keep using one of those when I am in the Explorer, but use this one primarily in the Tacoma.For the most part, I can recommend this.
