This pillow came in a durable little bag. The cover is soft, and the pillow is overall cooling. We use it nightly as a neck support pillow, but I originally bought it to keep my neck from hurting as I recovered from a surgery.For the price, this little thing is amazing. Came quickly, comfortable, used nightly and hasn’t broken yet. I think it’s got a good value. Additionally, the cover can be taken off and washed. The zipper is hidden well and does not prod at you during use!
