I’m really impressed with this tracker device. Setup took only a couple of minutes, and the app connected right away without any issues. The tracking is very accurate — I can see updates almost instantly, and the location pins have been spot-on every time.The battery life is surprisingly good. I charged it once and it’s still going strong after several days. The device itself is small, lightweight, and easy to attach or hide depending on how you’re using it.Notifications are fast, and I really like the geofence alerts. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll get an instant message if something moves out of the area.Overall, this tracker does exactly what it promises and does it well. Reliable, user-friendly, and worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Best tracker for the money, period!
We purchased our Tracki before a long trip in the RV. I was concerned that if I hid the device inside it might not connect. I followed the recommended placement and had zero issues with connectivity the whole trip. I didn’t want the device to be recognized in the RV in case the RV was stolen so I used a removable black tape to hide its appearance. This caused no issues and allowed me to keep it out in plane sight without drawing attention to the device. It was small enough not to be a problem and the magnet it comes with is incredibly strong, so I attached it to an existing TV mount and it was SOLID. It also lasted a long, long time between charges and still had 80% battery after 3-4 weeks of use and constant travel. The user interface on the iPhone is sufficient though a little quirky. I had it ping our location every minute, no issues at all with that. Anything more would be overkill. Hats off to the designers of this product, really good value for the money. The price was perfect. We will use it on every trip from this point forward.

Device ok, App not so much – Update, it’s getting worse
The build quality of the device is overall quite decent. Sturdy solid shell with a very strong magnet or fixed mount. Battery life is not bad.I’m not a fan of the service functions of the App, especially when it comes to push or sms notifications. You can update everything and then a week later all the notifications stop. Doesn’t matter how many times you reset them or fix any connections to your phone. We have the 15 second updated plan with two year contract.Does it track well? Yes and no. Cloudy days have knocked the signal out for hours even when in town or close proximity to my phone.Overall my concern is more with the ability to get notifications. Most gps devices will have tracking issues when cloudy. I thought these devices could fill in the gaps with an LTE service when gps connections weren’t reaching, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. But in the event something is taken from me, the most important time is the hour after. But if the vehicle, trailer etc moves without you knowing, it’s probably gone for good. I’ve seen boats or trailers stripped for parts by the time detectives can get on scene and take the time to track it down. So to me, the notifications are of great consideration in value. I’m not sure why their app fails to retain my selected settings. I’ve tried everything with updates and refreshing settings. Still only lasts a day or two. You can go back and check settings and it will say notifications on, but I could go a couple weeks without one notification from my truck or trailer which are moving multiple times daily. At this point, I’m going to use the device for the remainder of my contract but then will be looking elsewhere.Update – Customer service has reached out multiple times. They seem eager to find a resolution, but unfortunately it seems like it’s beyond them. They made sure I was getting SMS notifications as the push notifications stopped coming through. Now neither SMS or push notifications come through. So if your device is stolen it will take you until the next time you lay eyes on the thing you are tracking, until you realize it’s gone. Unless you open the app daily to look. It my opinion, it defeats the purpose of a security device if the alarm isn’t going to sound when you need it to. The device also doesn’t constantly refresh itself automatically. Either the device needs to be moved or you have to log into the app. So in many cases it seems like it glitches from one part of town to the other if you try to find details on locations it has traveled to. I dont see the point of paying for a 15 second refresh if it is going to go 4 hrs, 6 hrs or longer without updating. You could likely sign up for the lowest refresh and have the same location data. I’ll update further if they find a fix to any of these issue. But for now steer clear! Unless you are ok with bare bones of having to log into track.

I was cheated, I wanted a tracker without a subscription, and I got it with a subscription, this is a scam of the consumer’s money!!!
