My van has tracking and assistance services available, but every crook knows about those by now. I’m going to put one of these in an inconspicuous place as a backup. It worked really well, and the app is easy to find and easy to use. It has to be near other people who have them and the app to be effective. In other words, you won’t find your car if it’s dumped in the desert. You will know the last place it was located based on the app. There’s a way to leave a message for someone who finds your item, such as call me at xxx-xxxx. It’s handy for things like luggage and laptops or kids’ backpacks, too.

This item is very nice and extremely easy to set up. It came with simple instructions, the device itself, a wrist lanyard, and a tool for opening it to replace the battery. I love that it doesn’t require WiFi to use. Setup with my Find My Phone app was seamless—just followed the on-screen steps and within minutes it was ready. I enabled sound and notifications, and it worked right away.I use this to track my grandson while he’s outside playing, and it gives me peace of mind knowing he’s close to home. It’s lightweight, about the size of a quarter (stacked three thick), making it a great option for kids in crowded areas—or even for personal items like keys. The location updates instantly, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I can absolutely recommend this product especially for parents, grandparents and caregivers.
