Best Phone Holder!!
They say 3rd times a charm. I have to agree. I’m so happy I gave it one more shot because, this phone holder is perfect for what i needed. I have a 15 pro max with a case on it and it fits! It even has more room than needed. I don’t have to fight with it being clipped to my vents. That was a nightmare! This has a suction and it goes right on the dash. So easy to work and assemble. No vibration or phone falling out of the cradle. The design and the colors are beautiful. I got the mint green. It matches my new car! lol Well worth the price.

Worth Every Penny!
This is my third Phone Holder from Torras; I like my first one so much that I bought a second one for my daughter. But all good things must come to an end and after five years and a few times of getting dropped because of passengers being all willy nilly, it snapped at the ball.So I went to reorder and found this upgrade. I really, REALLY like the upgrade…the vent mount is so much superior to old one that were strictly friction would eventually work loose. The new vent mount has little tabs on the end that secure it so much better.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Completely reliable
My phone has a stick-on “wallet” that holds some credit cards and a folded up $ bill. This dashboard phone mount holds it all securely – no slippage or up-and-down movement once I’ve locked it in place. Top notch product. Highest recommendation.

Great holder but lasted a little over a year. Bought a new one because it’s worth it.
Worked great for a year then the base broke. Update. Support read this and told me I the product came with a three-year warranty and immediately sent me a new one! Good warranty service. I forgot to check the warranty, and they took care of it. I will continue to buy this brand because it is the best I’ve found so far working on the vent for a Prius or Jeep Cherokee.

A quality phone holder!
I have tried several car phone holders and they have been poorly made. The Torras phone holder is a quality item. Sturdy and easy to assemble. One nut was missing and I contacted the company and they responded immediately. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend them.

Best car phone holder ever
This is our second phone holder from Torras. Liked the first one a lot–holds the phone securely, stays on the dash and easy to release the phone. So, we got another for the other car. The second one didn’t hold to the flat disk on the dash. I contacted Customer Service and they replaced it quickly. I’ll continue to use these; highly recommended!

Adhesive gives out – update
This item does not from what I could tell, use a suction cup well. It assumes that the area of your dashboard where you’ll put it is flat. So, if the area where you want to place this is not flat, you can’t use the suction feature. Then, you’ve got to apply a sticky pad to the base. Once you do, it doesn’t come off. I think you’re supposed to be able to disconnect the unit from the sticky pad but I never could.Today, the adhesive gave up on me while I was driving and the whole thing fell to the floor. So it lasted less than 3 years.===========================================Sunny from TorSupport sent me a MagSafe replacement. That’s good considering that the unit probably only had a 1-year warranty and the original lasted about 3 years. The replacement is quite different from the original. It’s smaller and uses a magnet, not the plastic clasp the original did, to hold the phone. Sunny also said that they’d improved the base portion considerably.I have to confess, after I wrote the original review, I managed to re-attach the original and it’s still there. I am reluctant to replace it because I had to use an adhesive round that attached to the suction base of the original in order to attach it to my dashboard. That problem occurred because my dashboard area is curved and the unit’s base is flat, so the suction device wouldn’t hold. Nevertheless, I’m reluctant to replace it now because of all the adhesive.Sunny shared a way to use rubbing alcohol to remove the old adhesive but it could corrode the dashboard so I don’t see how it would work. Not sure how my current unit will ever be replaced but there’s probably another chemical that will remove the adhesive without damaging my dashboard.Well, at least you know the company is ethical.

Just the thing I needed, far better than looking down at my phone to see the navigation app. My car does not have an inbuilt navigator & even if it did, the Nav app on my phone is far superior to any other dedicated device I’ve seen.The holder is easy to position & lock into place and both clamping & releasing the phone in the universal holder couldn’t be simpler. I love this product.

I purchased this for my car, and it did not disappoint; it is solid and easy to set up. I need to move it to my new car and find removing it challenging. The hold is fantastic, and I also use it for youtube vlogs when I am doing community videos.

The phone holder construct is of good quality and no wobbling parts. The main draw back is the hook support at the bottom, the gap is too narrow so some connectors may not fit and it is not suitable for “L” connector type cables.(Note: I am using IP16 Pro with the holder)
