Started disintegrating
At first we loved this car cover. A lock was included and it fit our Prius Prime nicely. We also liked the easy access through driver’s seat zipper. However, it started shredding in under a year (6 months) and now our car is exposed. I am updating my original review to reflect the excellent customer service we received when we contacted the seller regarding our problem. They responded immediately to our inquiry and after viewing photos of the damage, offered us a replacement. I really appreciate the fact that this seller stands by their product.

Lightweight and looks great
So far, it’s the best cover for a car I’ve ever had. Love the way it still looks like a car but covered up. Easy to get on from the front to the back with simple snap straps to make sure it doesn’t disappear in a strong wind. Hoping it will be able to stick around for a while and not rip or anything. Happy I got this one!

I have a car that is parked outside on the driveway and is not driven that often, so I decided to cover the car to protect it from the elements. I live in southern California, in San Fernando valley. It doesn’t rain much, but the heat and the sun is very harsh, especially during the summer months. I bought this cover 9/2021. I noticed that the fabric became very brittle, and it ripped across like a fabric when I pulled the cover to uncover the car. I taped up the rip to make use of the cover for as long as I can. It lasted for about 10 months before I decided to throw it in the trash. I understand that nothing lasts for ever…but 10 months? That’s not quality. I’ll have to look again for a different car cover.

Fine, but fragile
I bought this cover to store my daughter’s car for six months while she was away, so I didn’t have to wash it all the time. It did it’s job just fine while it was on. It’s very lightweight. It does a great job keeping the dust off. It has straps that hold it tight under the front and rear bumper. And it has a zipper for accessing the drivers door without removing the cover. It did a decent job while it was on. And it fit the car well.The problem is, when she returned and I took it off, the cover had lightly adhered to the car, and the adhesion to the car was stronger than the cohesion of the seams, so when I peeled the cover off, it came apart at the seams and I had to throw it away.Now, I did remove the cover without incident a couple of times early on, when I took the car out for a drive after having sat for several weeks. And, I’ll admit that the last time, it sat for too long – probably a couple of months – without being driven. So maybe it’s a bit of user error, but I was surprised and disappointed at how delicately it came undone.That said, for a car cover, its price is on the reasonable side, and it did keep the car protected. So three stars for doing its job, but lasting not nearly as long as expected.

This car cover is so nice and light. It’s easy to put on by myself and did a great job keeping my convertible safe in strong rain and high winds. It’s important to measure your car for a good fit. It’s great to have the zipper at the driver’s door. It’s wonderful that it has straps front and back. I am very, very pleased with this cover and would purchase again if I ever get a second car.

Do not buy.This cover disintegrated after one winter. It torn open by itself and I tried taping it together but the material is like paper, it disintegrated into small pieces. You may as well use a garbage bag which is stronger than this cover. Very thin material and it did not stand a chance in the weather.

Used on a Nissan Sentra.Greatly surprised of this product fitment!!Great fit on the car and easy to put on. Has front and rear webbing traps to ensure it stays on. They also supplied a safety wire and lock if used in unsecured areas. The cover also feature a zipper for driver door access.

This is a lightweight car cover and it is waterproof. The cover blew off the first night I used it, and I wanted to return it. I have learned to really tighten the straps underneath, front and back, but when doing so, I struggle in the morning to unclasp it – I have to get down on my hands and knees. Because it is lightweight, it is not the easiest to put on if there is any wind, it won’t stay in place, and it must be comical to watch me struggle with the cover. Overall, for the price, it does protect my car from tree sap and tree needles, and that is what I needed. So I will keep it for as long as it lasts. The pockets on the side that go over the side mirrors are way too big. They need to be more fitting. That would help keep the cover in place also. Right now mine billow with any gust of wind. Know what you are buying and what your needs are. In retrospect, the car cover is good for my needs. I just had to learn how to use it.

Good for temporary covering. Light weight and easy to take on and off. I use in apartment outside parking and take in on and off a couple of times a week. Have had for the winter and it weathered high wind. Expect to last two or three years which is good value. Will buy the same replacement. If you want long term storage, buy a heavier cover.
