It works well and you should buy it.

Bon chargeur qui fait bien le job. Le rajout d’un port USB est un vrai plus qui permet de charger un deuxième appareil. La puissance de sortie de 4,8A permet une charge rapide des deux appareils.

This car charger for Apple iPhones, iPads and iPods is really good. First of all it charges really well. I used it to charge my iPhone while using it as a satnav. I run a Garmin app that sends the navigation via Bluetooth to a HUD. That usually eats up the charge of the iPhones battery really fast. Charging the phone with a charger usually meant the phones charge remained almost stable (less than 1% per hour) best case, but usually standard chargers meant a continual loss of 1-2% per hour. So reaching your destination charging was inevitable. Not with this charger though. No for the first time it charged the phone, even though so much was being lost to Bluetooth and nav display. I tried to stress it a little and plugged my iPad in on the USB socket (great feature if you are also running dash cam). It still charged the iPhone and the iPad as if it was nothing. I like the environmentally friendly box too. The cardboard box is folded such that it protects the charger perfectly. You only have a small plastic sheath around the phone plug to discard. The cable is very flexible and doesn’t disturb whilst driving either. All in all a great car charger. Oh by the way it’s input goes from 12V to 24V so it should also work in a lorry, coach or bus.

la puissance réelle n’est pas celle annoncée de 24w, je m’explique: le voltage de sortie d’une prise USB est de 5 volts, sur le chargeur en question il est indiqué 2,4 A ce qui fait en puissance 2,4 X 5= 12 w ce qui est la moitié de la puissance annoncée. Cependant, il fonctionne bien mais le temps de recharge est plus long.
