It is very good. Easy to install. Plenty of pockets to accomplish your needs. If you have a backseat driver I would recommend that you put things in it that will keep your mother in law occupied. This may keep her occupied enough to leave you alone.

Good organizer, I like all the different compartments and seems sturdy so far. Able to wipe clean easily. However the plastic ripped on the sides easily only after 2 months.
