Good product, business practices not so much
Update to My Previous Review – Excellent Resolution and GratitudeI wanted to provide an update regarding my previous concerns with charges on my account. Initially, I was frustrated after going back and forth via email for several days with little clarity—getting the same explanation reworded in different ways. It felt like no real progress was being made.However, since leaving my review, Spytec GPS went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Not only did they refund the charges I questioned, but they also generously reimbursed several months’ worth of fees I had previously paid. I truly appreciate this gesture and the effort they ultimately made to make things right.I do not want to be share the exact resolution I received because there are a lot of people in the world who try to complain about purchases just to obtain compensation . My situation was unique I never expected to receive anything Beyond the last charge because sometimes problems are in part due to confusion between buyer and seller I am truly grateful for how fairly and kindly it was handled in the end. And I have since purchased another item and have no complaints whatsoever.As for the product itself—it remains one of the better GPS trackers on the market. It’s reliable, user-friendly, and has been a solid tool for my needs. I sincerely thank the team at Spytec GPS for their support and follow-through.The tracker is great and the battery is one of the better ones however accuracy isn’ttoo good but I’ve definitely seen worse. Billing note that’s a whole other matter. I was billed for two trackers even tho I have never used more than one at any given moment as I deactivated the lost one when I ordered the second one and never have figured out why I was billed $34.95 AND $24.95 simultaneously with an explanation that I had two trackers. Nope only have need for one why would I use two!!! Anyway going back and forth repeatedly getting nowhere I dropped the account altogether.

Love it for my turo vehicle
I recently used the SpyTech Atlas GPS tracker for my vehicle on Turo, and it’s been fantastic! The installation was straightforward and hassle-free, and I only needed to charge it once when I first got it. The tracker works perfectly, providing accurate location updates and peace of mind. Works good
Pretty accurate. 4 stars for the fact I think it’s a little pricey for the service. I’d like to see better incentive for a long time service purchase. Good product though. Easy enough to install. Magnet stays in place. Reports back quickly. And functions just fine. The app sees it and finds it quickly. Discreet as well.

Great support team
The GPS tracker 3503 works excellent quality and it comes with a great waterproof magnetic case. It has a lot of good features on it. I live in the country where there’s a lot of areas we don’t have service on our roads for cell phones. The tracker might not get service, but it keeps on track. It picks up service when it can, when you go to trip in the app, it will give you a play-by-play speed limit and stops on the whole trip. Its accurate. The support team behind this tracker is amazing if I have any questions or problems I text ERICKA with the support team he’s write on it. I couldn’t be happier with this GPS tracker.

The affordable and easy to use tracking system
The tracker works great ! It’s very affordableand efficient. The charge time lasts a 1 weeknot 2 weeks. I highly recommend this to track loved ones or precious property.. Set up iseasy .

Great product
Initially bought it for a fairly sized asset and it works very well. Updated me in real time where the asset was and how fast it was traveling, when it stops and starts traveling AND charging, what battery percentage its at and it will notify you when it needs charged. You can change how often it pings in the settings. Very easy to use and set up in the app. 3 stars only because the subscription for it is $40 a month which is kind of steep for me but will pay for it again if ever needed.

Doesn’t do exact location
It doesn’t give EXACT LOCATIONS. It gets close but not exact address. It delays when the tracker is in a spot with low signal. The battery life is pretty good & I used it on performance for more frequent updates so it went a little fast but not bad. It also depends on how much they drive the vehicle. One thing I disliked the most was with the HAPN subscription you can cancel at any time but you don’t get to use it after you cancel. So if you paid for a 6 month subscription most subscriptions will let you cancel whenever and still use the remaining time you paid for. This app will not. You have to cancel it 24 hours before the last day for auto renewal. Signal strength depends on where the tracker is located & the service around that area. It was easy to set up, size was perfect the magnet case was very durable & stuck no matter what. It was kind of hard to get off. Wherever you put it, it was staying.
