I bought this car headrest pillow for my husband because he drives a lot and often spends long hours on the road. It does make the ride a bit more comfortable, and he says it helps relieve some neck tension, but not as much as he expected.The pillow itself is very pleasant — soft, gentle on the skin, and has no unpleasant smell at all, which was very important for us. The memory foam feels nice, and the adjustable strap holds it in place well. The design is simple and neat, it looks good in the car and doesn’t look bulky or cheap.We’ve only been using it for about a week, so we haven’t washed it yet, but judging by the material and the removable cover, it seems like it should wash well without any issues.Overall, it’s a decent pillow and may be a perfect fit for someone else. It didn’t fully meet our expectations, but it still adds some comfort during long drives. That’s why I decided to remove one star.

Comfortable for long drives with good neck support
Provides good neck support for long drives. The memory foam is soft and helps relieve neck/ back pressure well. It doesn’t slip down while driving and is very easy to set up. I like that the cover is removable and washable so I can keep it clean regularly. It fits my Toyota Camry perfectly fine but is advertised as universal so should fit most vehicles fine. I like the quality of this headrest and it’s pretty reasonably priced for a 2 pack set with sleep masks.

Nice looking head rests
These work for my 6’ hubbie’s neck but didn’t help my 5’ frame. They’re up too high for me. But they look good so we kept them. I’m using a back cushion & wanted something to protect my neck from whiplash as I’m further away from the car’s head rests which are at a ridiculous angle.
