Installation Accessories Tips:

Below is a list of optional accessories you may need for installation, depending on your vehicle model（sold separately）:

1. Dash Kit: A Dash Kit is necessary if your car’s dashboard opening dimensions fall outside the following compatible ranges to ensure a proper fit:

178×100 mm (W×H)；

170×96 mm to 178×100 mm (W×H) ；

189×117 mm (W×H)

2. Wire Harness Adapter: This adapter allows you to connect our stereo to your vehicle’s existing factory ISO connector. If your original radio does not have an ISO connector, you must purchase a model-specific harness adapter to connect our stereo’s wiring harness to your vehicle’s factory wiring.

3. Radio Antenna Adapter: Converts the factory antenna to a universal radio interface for optimal signal reception.

Optimizing Troubleshooting

1. Question: Will this unit fit my car?

Answer: Please confirm your dashboard fits a double DIN stereo. Vehicle-specific accessories (dash kit, wiring harness, antenna adapter) must be purchased separately. Please find correct parts by searching your vehicle’s year, make and model online.

2. Question: The device is not powering on?

Answer: First, please confirm that the power cables are connected correctly: connect the vehicle’s constant power wire to the yellow wire (B+), the ground wire to the black wire (GND), and the ignition switch wire to the red wire (ACC). For standalone testing, connect both the yellow (B+) and red (ACC) wires to the positive terminal of the power source, and the black wire (GND) to the negative terminal. Once these three wires are properly connected, the device will automatically power on and off with the vehicle’s ignition switch.

3. Question: Turn off automatically a few seconds after powering on?

Answer: For some cars, the ACC wires are controlled by the CANbus or have a feature called “delayed shut off” for radio and other components. As a result, these cars might not provide stable 12V accessory power to our radio. To resolve this issue, it’s recommended to purchase the appropriate harness adapter that “Provides accessory power” for your specific car model. Brands like “PAC” offer compatible wiring harnesses for this purpose. Alternatively, if you prefer not to buy the adapter, you can find ACC power elsewhere in your vehicle and connect our red wire there.

4. Question: No sound?

Answer: Please check the speaker wiring. This radio has 4 speaker output channels. Make sure each speaker’s positive and negative wires match the stereo’s outputs. You can also test the unit by connecting home speakers directly to the speaker wire terminals.

5. Question: Dash cam stops working after exiting “Front View” mode?

Answer: It’s a wiring issue. Please verify these critical connections: dash cam to F-CAM port, black wire to ground (GND), red wire to ACC (+12V ignition), and yellow wire to battery positive (+12V constant). Proper connection of all wires is essential for operation.

6. Question: Settings (e.g., radio presets) are not retained?

Answer: To prevent memory loss, ensure the red (ACC) and yellow (B+) wires are correctly connected. Incorrect wiring will erase all settings when power is cut. Note: This is a 12V unit and is not compatible with 24V systems.
