I rarely write reviews, but this seat cushion and lumbar support pillow set is a worth buying, it helps my lower back and lumbar pain, this cushion has helped relieve discomfort noticeably, preferably and perfectly on the office chair. The memory foam is supportive yet comfortable, and the combined seat and back cushion design makes it very practical and versatile. What I really like is that this is a combined seat cushion and back support pillow set. You don’t need to buy separate products, and they work perfectly together to improve posture and reduce strain on the spine. It’s also helpful my child with spinal or posture issues. Comfort and support are what I find with this seat cushion, but also, and very importantly, it provides lumbar support. If you spend a lot of time sitting, this is truly necessary. It’s made of 100% premium memory foam, is skin-friendly, and has a special design to relax the lumbar spine. It features a non-slip bottom design and fits snugly around the hips. It’s very high quality and has a spectacular price for all the benefits you get. I recommend it 100%.

Not Happy
I bought this based on other reviews, but am terribly disappointed.It does not fit on my office chair. The seat is far too small, leaving a big gal between the edge of the seat and the end of my office chair. My knees hurt from the gap. The seat slides whenever I sit down.The lumbar is obviously for someone taller and rests at the center of my back rather than my lumbar.It is not firm at all. I am not a large person, but the seat compresses all the way when I sit down. The back support is firmer than the seat support. Therefore, I end up with a smashed seat and a lump in the middle of my back.I do not recommend this for anyone who has leg and back problems.
