Soft, well made, perfect fit
Got a black and a navy one of these. Velvety on the outside. Very soft and comfortable. Comes with not one but two (adjustable) neck snaps. Some reviews said it was smaller than they expected, but the ones I got were normal sized. Any bigger and it would have been kinda odd. Great pillows for great price.

Firm but soft, Great product
Extremely comfortable for airplanes! The product arrived in a vacuum sealed bag so i was a little nervous on how thick it would get but it inflated almost instantly when opened. Pillow is firm but soft like a hotel pillow. Easy to lay head back or to the side while in a narrow airplane seat without laying on the person beside you. Only issue is it’s only 1 size and it is a little tight around my neck when i try to buckle it. If they made 2 sizes, 1 just a little bit longer for the bigger individual, it would be great.

Fluffy puffy
The pillow is super fluffy. I honestly just wish it was a little less puffy, but I do generally prefer flatter pillows. It was soft and comfy. It did its work. I will use it again. Next time I buy an airplane pillow I will probably look elsewhere for one a little more flat and easier to wear in the airplane seat. My partner used it and looked adorable and cozy af with it.

I lost my last one in the hospital. If I ever.have to go back I shall attach my neck pillow to my body with a leash and bite anyone who tried to separate me from it!Seriously though the memory foam is perfection and the cover is removable for cleaning! I have arthritis in my neck and if I fall asleep in a chair without it I have a miserable time when I wake up.It is also perfect for sleeping in a recliner… Or a hospital bed!
